Maybe it's A.Net's way of encouraging people to replay NightFall. How worthwhile would it be to delete and recreate characters to take them to the treasure chests?

No wonder they nerfed running.

I have noticed when u enter a town u get an alarm sound or buzz once u have found the chest and go back into town that sound will no longer be there. If u had gone into the town without doing the chest u will get that sound.
So u can map to 2 or 3 towns and if the sound is on 2 towns then u should be able to find a chest in that map between those 2 towns.

This is great incentive to advance PvE characters through the Nightfall campaign. I've had fun running and fighting some of my chars through a few of the known chests. Thanks Anet.

And agreed about the better drops. I've been getting mods which I've never managed to before in normal chests. And, even better, some rare skins with very nice mods. Nice to not have to worry about getting some req 13 purple daggers from them.

free gold for the freaking win!

found a Req 9 diamond aegis, gladius, gemstone axe, a few gems, and then like 5,000 other items that I don't care about.

Almost 60k in plat alone so far, too. And i'm not done!

I got a Firey gladius req 9, a few of the diamond and ancient shields 4 saphs,2 diamond,1 ruby a req 10 storm bow inscibable and lots of runes this stuff is great TY A-NET

Yes. there is one right outside of mehtani keys.

General direction: out the zone, go right and hug the coast, the chest is right at the broken ship.

Edit: it drop max gold items too. My mez got a dual wing axe req 13(salvage the 20%enchantment out of it)

ah, something to help my poor characters.....since only one of mine has made it thru the game, the others can find the chests along the way.....and my mesmer will just go back and find them......am hoping for some nice staff wrappings....and NO more shields, daggers and spears....or maybe a nice diamond

Both confirmed: I just found Issure.

I also seem to be getting alot of Seize the days and Let the memory live inscriptions.
