He can be found in Kamadan, next to a sign that says "Don't Feed the Dwarf". Rumour has it that he gives out a hat if nobody speaks to him for a certain length of time.

I've seen some ridiculous arguements due to this dwarf. Sort of like the flamewars when the Mad King was around. I highly doubt that he gives out anything, simply speak to him and read his responses and you'll see that it's merely a joke.

I love how ANet know the crazy myths that crop up around these seemingly random and pointless things. Looks like it was put there for just this reason.
Having said that tho, i hear that if you taunt him 50 times in succession he breaks through the candy cane fence and kills you. With no res shrine around it means your character is dead forever! Like totally dead on your account man, it's like zomfg! But then i herd some l33t hax0r managed to pwn him with a snowball from teh snowbal fight and he bec0mes a mini-pet u can sel for 1000k + 90 ectos!! Is tru! My moms brothers sister told me and she has a level 65 paladin in wow lolz! wow sucks tho gw is fer noobs! WTS runescape account pm for deetails lmfaomgwtfbbq!

Its my first day of seeing LA and other cities covered in wonderfull snow and looking gorgeous.
Anet has made a huge effort and it looks amazing.
But then I noticed everyone was sitting down around the Winter Dwarf and saying "dont speak to him, sit down and after 10 minutes you get a prize".
Ofcourse when ever you try to do that, people will talk to him and kill him.
Either due to not realising, or attempting to annoy.
But is it even true that he gives away presents after 10 minutes of sitting?
It seems a bit odd that Anet would incourage everyone to sit in one place for 10 minutes to get presents, when its obvious all people will do over xmas is sit in one place for hours on end.
But I personally dont believe its true and I dont believe he gives anything away.
Why? Because of what I mentioned above and that its a very badly designed and easy way to gain presents.
Badly designed because there will always be one person who wouldnt understand whats going on and mess it up.
So whats the deal with him?

1) If you kill him 100 times Grenth will come out of nowhere special and hug you!
2) If you kill him 200 times 15 Summit Dwarves (varying classes) will can can dance around you!
3) If you delete all your armour while standing in front of the dwarf, you will get it back again!
4) He gives you 100 Plat. If you kill him 15 minutes after killing the Pain Eater in Echovald, but to kill him you need to get a Colossal Scimitar and give it to Desythris Barrows then run away and kill Rurik 15 times, but to do all that you need to find 50 Totem Axes and sell them all at Maguuma Strade! But to complete thi onjective you must get Khilbron to dance with you, but its very hard because you need to give him 500 gold and then get 8 DIFFERENT professions to dance infront of him without zoning out. Buts that hard to do you see, because all those people had to come from the town: That you can't Find, don't worry, its in Northern Shiverpeaks about 15 minutes south of House zu Heltzur, unfortunately to get there you need to score 15000 in the challenge Amatz Basin and then kill 50 different people in the mission Fort Aspenwood and then another 50 in The Jade Quarry. Yet again, this is difficult because theres a 80% chance you'll get *F4T4L Err0red lawl* on 49!
To avoid this problem donate 10 platnium to Calsalis of Salabir and then drop 80 platnium infront of the Statue of Kormir in Cantry of Secrets. Unfortunately the Chantry is locked to you until you Defeat Mallyx.

I was on GWs from about 10 this morning and its now 3 in afternoon. From the first instance I saw the dwarf I was searching on guildwiki and on here for any reference to him.
I didnt find anything. I was doing that back and forth for most of the day. Still nothing.
I then just jumped onto the site and made this thread because I assumed that after searching about 100 times already, no one had made a thread about it within just a few hours.
So I obviously decided to make a thread more or less, at the same time as someone else.
I wouldnt be getting so anxious and annoyed at this, if people in on this site didnt feel the need to be so rude.
A simple "A thread has already been opened about this" would have done. But noooooo. Instead we get sarcasm and stupid posts like "RIT 1, OP 0" like its a competition to belittle each other.
The maturity of people who post in here astounds me at times. Especially when its the the ones posting such immature comments who are trying to have the elite attitudes too.
Someone close this already before I start slagging people off and I get myself banned.

Its usually a game of chance or you have to try and catch things when they apear on certain circles.
They wont be related to the dwarf. A game starter NPC will apear near the circles and you'l pay gold for tickets to take part in it.
