Its req. 11 motivation, but these things are really rare and I have never seen one drop inscribable or for a paragon. Please let me know what you think. Thanx
Ever since the "buried treasure" update yesterday these things have been dropping left and right. I got two last night. I tried selling them for 100k...85k...70k... no takers and a bunch of others were starting to sell them. Apparently ANet decided to change their rarity? :-\
