To those busy and want hats for all characters, the same trick from the Halloween event works. Start at a low district, then go higher to get all in about 1/2 hour.
Then watch the fireworks and take screens of it with your last character.

So... you mean after your first character in a low district gets a hat, you log out and back in to a higher-level district?

Yes first d-1 after that d-4,5 after that d-10 or something and finnaly the last district

it worked for my characters atleast 2 of em.

Start in District 1 with your first character.
Get a hat.
Log out, take your second character.
Go to District 5 (2 will probably work as well, also anything higher).
The Winterday Event is still in progress there, so you can get a hat there as well.
Repeat until all your characters have a hat, just by choosing a district with a higher number than the one you were in before.

If you're in France, the next chance you'll have will be at 19:00
They come every 3 hours, according to the GMT starting at 12:00, France being GMT +1.

Not sure if this was already mentioned somewhere, but I didn't see it on the last two pages of this thread:

You only get Yule Caps if Dwayna wins (I assume it depends on the number of people that join her Avatar). If Grenth wins you get a pair of Reindeer horns. Also, during the fireworks people will be killed at random by snowmen plummeting from the sky! The Grentches will drop presents that instakill everyone who tries to pick it up.

i was speculating about the outcome of the voting between gods..

i think people will vote for dwyanna first, because everyone loves dwyanna, and as soon as they learn they can get another special thing. people will vote for grenth.

i pretty much just woke up, people are saying hes here in about 45 min, how many times has he been here, i'm evaluating my chances of getting a santa hat AND horns for all 3 characters

Got the hats for 3 of my characters at 3pm, start in district 1 for first, district 13 for second and switche to the last german district for the third.

Getting horns is going to take longer, international 2 for first and then english 15 for second.
