Unlocking good looking armor sets with Balthazar Faction would be a better solution for this problem

How about something like this: For up to 1 hour, you can take a newly spawned PvP character into PvE missions/instances. After that, the character looses all PvE access.

This would allow you to create 'trial' characters in PvE.

If you were interested in an endgame Warrior, you could spin one off and play it for a bit and decide if you wanted to create a permanent PvE character.

Only if the char stars in Pre Sear Ascalon/Monastary Overlook/before Churrhir Fields and has nothing extra unlocked.

They would start in your guild hall (or GToB) like any PvP character. Having no PvE maps at all, but they could be ferried into any PvE instance for upto an hour. They would not be kicked when the hour expired, but could never again return to PvE-land with that toon once the hour was up.

this is like a player ebaying his fow armor, too lazy to work for his character himself.
