Old Black Dye Recipe

Very nice find, I was thinking about dying my 15k Canthan black but the new black dye just seemed to dark, so I might use this combo and see how it turns out.

This dye recipe is actually very good thinking, even if it doesn't work on all armours. All armour dyes differently, in any case.
To me it's a sort of variation of CMYK used in printing. (cyan-magenta-yellow-black for those unfamiliar with the technology).
Might be interesting to play with RBG (Red blue green).
Might just be interesting to play with a whole lot of dye variations and see what comes up. I can't remember how I got the pink for my assassin, but it was something weird like two purples and an orange. It's more dusky pink than baby pink, unfortunately.

This combo produces a dark, forest green on Male Mesmer Obsidian armor. It looks great, and was the color I was trying to find (but couldn't arrive at)

Your kidding, right? 3 black dye to make dye? Isn't that a little redundant?
Grey dye isn't the same as dye remover. They work totally different.....genius.

Heres mine. On FoW it look like grey, but on Kurzick, its a lil more like black.

OK, will the original dye in the first post work on 15K Luxon Male for NECROMANCER? Or do I need a slight tweak?

Just did it on my primeval and it gave a really nice dark grayish purple color that fits with the rest of the armor after I did my necromancer.
