I often go into UW to kill smites without turning off HM. Makes it a little tough to get past the speed-enhanced Aatxes...
I also sold a perfect gold drop of a new EoTN skin on the EoTN preview weekend by accident when I got it confused with another gold item of the same type that was junk.

Dropped a req. 12 Crystalline Sword in FoW to show off, became a little lag, when I was there again no Sword to pick up, bloody teammate picked it up and left.

My mouse was not working properly, I was moving some items from the inventory, and somehow it doubleclicked my boots and hold them. So in the midle of the trayectory, the item to be trahed wwas switched with the boots, and I ended up trashing the boots.
I clicked without reading the name of the item to be casted to trash... and I lost my boots.
Had to made another pair, and infuse it again... agghhh..

More self pwnage. I went to buy my first set of Warrior FoW armor and had a brain-fart. I was going to buy the Chest-Pants areas since I didn't have the materials, but instead bought the Chest-Boots areas. So I was stuck running aroind with an Ascalon Hat, Ascalon pants, Ascalon gloves, Fissure Chest, and Fissure boots. I'm probably in the Ugliest Armor Combos thread by now.

I crafted rolls upon rolls of parchment for my monks first set of elite armor, the Elite tattoo pattern. Went there to craft it only to realize I needed Vellum, not parchment. :/

As far as self ownage goes...I'm always doing it. I don't have much patience for waiting for patrols and openings to run through, etc, so I'm always plowing into the battlefield and finding myself stuck between three or more groups of enemies.
Fortunately most of the time I survive, but often...all that's left is a little pile of bodies as the enemy strolls off back to their rightful patrol paths. Meh, I like to live dangerously (read: is impatient).

1) Invested in the parchment economy. I forgot that with insignias not everyone likes tatoo/scar armor anymore...hard to find some clients.
2) Made a necro and aimed for survivor, went AFK with her in an explorable area. Next thing I know a LOT of foes that weren't there before are dancing on her corpse and Dunkoro was trying to wand them.

Fronis Irontoe's Lair. 1,244,731 xp / 1,337,500 xp. No deaths. Made a macro to loop the 8 key for nice easy Stand Up. So I got knocked down. Hit the macro. The M1-G3 macro key did 8 so many times in less than a second that I instantly got disconnected and died.
