[Petition] Make Fissure of Woe and Underworld Open Access Permanent

For this upcoming weekend event, Fissure of Woe and Underworld are "Open Access". This means that finally there is no PvP controlling what PvE players can do. I know there is a huge amount of the player base who would love for this to go through.

This petition is to make the Open Access permanent, but keep the fact that you have to pay in order to go in to Fissure of Woe and Underworld.

Short version: FOW AND UW ACCESS AT ANY TIME. STILL PAY TO GO IN.

I stopped going to FoW and UW because America never has favor.. or It's too late at night when we do...

FoW & UW = PvE worlds.... Let us PvE'ers enjoy a PvE enviroment whenever we want.
if FoW & UW were PvP worlds... then let the PvP'ers deal with Favor.

Well, consider this weekend a test of this idea. I think we should see how this test weekend works out before we say anything conclusive. I mean, if this weekend causes a crazy flucuation in prices I'd be against it cause it might crash the economy. On the other hand, it could have zero affect at all.

I mean, just see how this weekend works out first. If you sign this, that's like saying your favorite fruit is an orange even if you've never eaten an orange before and you are only saying that because you hate the fruit you eat everyday.

It will have a price fluctuation because people will get drops for nothing (only their time).

if you're complaining about the lack of gold, go farm doa or something. uw/fow was meant to be tied to favor, and people need to stop making 20000 threads whining about how america never has favor blah blah. i'm sure people in japan, korea, and taiwan are willing to trade you their account for an american one to at least have favor 30-50% of the day instead of 0-5%.

Make it 2k w/o favor and 1k w/ favor. Easy.

I like the way it is. Sure it's great to get in for free, but permanent changes would crash the markets.

Tired of it being an elitest hangout. Open it for all and let everyone take their chances downthere. Afterall the loot there is crap 90% of the time anyway.. Purple canes in an FOW chest BAH!

Since you missed the point, this would be global. Everyone would have access for a fee.

Let's try reading. You won't get in free, I said that in my initial post. You still have to pay the fee to go in. Secondly, it would balance the markets and make things more efficient. It would also stop items getting overpriced. This could also resolve the issue of being forced to use ecto for currency. Econ 101, ftw.

There's no balance in that. You lose.

Also updated with Fender's idea for 2k without favor and 1k with favor.

2k is still a negligible amount, but will probably add up to a decent gold sink. If its implemented like this I won't care.

The main problem with the current favor system is that you can't party with your friends that are in another region. I'd probably also be happy if the international districts could win favor if a mixed region team won halls.

There are plenty of things to do in this game besides UW and FOW, just do other things until America gets favor, then go.

BTW PVEers also controls what PVPers can do by QQing and screwing up game modes.

FOW and UW is one of the only things that keeps the PvE community and PvP community together, other than those people who happen to do both. Also those areas wouldn't be very special if you could get into them at any point, that is why there are restraints.
