Favorite Class

Ok.. this time it will have the poll sorry for cluttering things up...
Now that we have all 10 classes of GW1. I wanted to know which is the most popular.
My vote is Warrior... It has always been a fun to play... great skilled... great looking... class. And it really defines the game for me.

Warrior by far. It's what defines Guild Wars. When you go to war, you don't want to bring anything else but a warrior. Some savage beast who will run into the heart of battle and tear everything up with any weapon he can get his hand on.
Monk would be next, because they keep savage warriors alive.

Hard one... I like to play Hammer Warrior for how I effective I can be in PvP, but I also like Elementalist to nuke everything and Mesmer to have fun...
I'll go with Elementalist, it's the one which I have the most fun with, even if I don't play it very often.

Warrior as well. Pretty much for the same reasons as above. They're the symbol of Guild Wars, and when you think of a war, you think of warriors.
Not to mention that it's sooooo fun to hit shit...
Second also is monks, because they're nearly just as important. But I'd rather kill things - not keep them alive.

Verek
Would have said Necro as first and most loved, but he feels a bit gimped at the moment.
So.....must be Ele, as he can just poor on the pain.......

Warrior.
Hitting things is incredibly cathartic, and killing squishies with a 3-hit hammer combo is hilariously good fun.

Phaedra Firesoul
Ranger for me! i've always had a bow fetish and love having pets.
Ahrims Assassin
Assassin by far, the only class that comes anywhere near as good as them(in my opinion) is the dervish.
(And no, I don't like them because they look like . I know I'm playing an assassin, not some Naruto )

Hell Raiser
Monk, no question. One of the more difficult classes to learn and play. Unlike, say, the Warrior?
beanerman_99
ele for me! Its the only thing I play now.
Lord Sojar
Mesmer. If I cant make Josso in Thirsty River wish he wasn't even born in Hard Mode, just imagine the fun! Mesmer hands down.
Andisa Kalorn
Ritualist. I don't know why, but she's always fun to play with. Though dervish is a very very close second. But really, I like all my casters and my preference shifts between them constantly.
Mordakai
If you like killing thing by hitting them, try an Illusionary Weapon Mesmer build... you'll wish your Warrior did 42 damage a hit no matter what.
I picked Mesmer, just because they are so flexible: IW, echo Nuker w/ Illusionary Signet, not to mention the standard counter-builds. I'm glad I dusted off my Mesmer and started playing Nightfall again, my Warrior was getting boring.

i love the mesmer class.
it has been my favorite for ages!
but i have to go with the ritualist.
just a superbly versatile class and it works where i play - in pve.

I like playing a lot of the classes, monk, el, sassi, and dervish, but I play my warrior the most so that gets my vote.
thezed
Warrior. I know we all make fun of "wammos" for charging into battle w/o thinking, but can you blame them? Its SOO much FUN!
Kaleban
Assassin.
If you like hitting things, why not look totally cool while doing so? Plus, I'm against steroid use.
Second would be a Mesmer, since they can screw with anyone, anytime, and most people don't know how to play them. I guess I just like the underdogs lol.

I like almost all of them, so I'm gonna vote for the one without any votes: dervish.
Why is there nobody who likes NF classes?

Hard to decide between Mesmer (which I voted for), Necro or Ranger. I dearly love being a pain in the a$$ and although the other two can come close, NOBODY is better at it than a Mesmer.
Raaaaa
Bit of a toughie but for me its the Necro, there's a great feeling when you take down a pair of wammos in AB with SS and IP conbinations and you walk away pretty much full health. Also being able to raise a small army is great fun
VinnyRidira
I find it quite strange that Warrior id the most favourite and the least favourite professions. LOL
MSecorsky
Easily the mesmer. Allow me the luxury of reposting my impression of the classes (and how they kill)...
Warriors: Through brute force and strength of muscle you are beaten into a pulp.
Elementalists: The very forces of nature are brought down upon you.
Rangers: Rain death from afar.
Necromancers: Tap the dark forces and eat you from within.
Monks: Summon the power of the gods to smite you down.
Assassins: As fast as they arrive, they are gone. So are you.
Dervishes: Whirling scythes and arcane might quickly dispatch foe upon foe.
Ritualists: Summon the powers of the other side to do their bidding.
Paragons: Spears at range tear you apart.
Mesmers: Sip their latte while you kill yourself for them.

Warrior...
I love to see people try to run from me after I've bashed their face in pretty good.

Depends what for..
I love my monk for pve & ra, but love my ele more for ab n ta..

Gregslot
Mesmers, of course.
The most galant class ever.
Its the class that defines Guild Wars it should be because it requires skill.

My favourite is the Mesmer. I love the way they dress, the flair they display in combat (if you're gonna rip someone apart, you may as well do it in style), and the sneaky and downright evil way they spread pure chaos
Dubby
Dervish because of their immense flexibility in builds.

Hmm, it's between Mesmer, Ritualist, and Elementalist. Mesmer edges out a victory, though. I guess it's gotta be the skimpy costumes...
And BTW, Assassin is spelled wrong in the poll. (It's missing an "s")

Monk.
Bottom line, the most important class in a group.
The only class where a great one can truly carry an otherwise poor team.
After that, warrior. There's just something therapeutic about smacking things in the face with an axe.

I gotta say elementalist. For fire magic you can kill multiple foes at once in PvE easy. With water magic you can snare for fire magic and use certain anti-warrior skills. For air magic you can just plain pwn in PvP. For earth magic combined with certain other skills, you can tank up to and over the standards of tanks even with 60 armor and still to craploads of damage. There is no equal.
Realm of Fiery Doom
Elementalist
I love Warriors who still think that Mending beats Meteor Shower

Monk because I like seeing blue numbers more than yellow numbers.
XvArchonvX
Take a wild guess on my vote, lol. I do however enjoy playing every profession to an extent and have tried to make a strong PvE character for each. I do favor some classes over others for the most part, but I do go through phases where I just feel like playing one class over another (usually based on deciding on a new skill set, weapon set, or armor set to attain/try out), so I do cycle through temporary favorites.
Darcy
Had to go with my mesmer. It's a joy doing anything with her - from missions to walking the walls to shopping.
(Although my warrior does have the most hours - about half of my 2k+. She's very good stress relief.)

Ranger, always been, always will be.
