people have been playing 55 for over 2 years now and anet hasn't nerfed them yet.
They nerfed to Skills which were used by 55: Ghost Bond and the other Bond (can't remember the name) because they were just too good to be true.
55 has been the main build/technique for farming since pre-factions times, i just can't believe that they will kill it, because it became a part of the game.

ive been trying out your build works gr8 now does 105 hp in napui clears the mission or which way should i begin?

I was just trying to FOW build. I don't think it works anymore cause after the update monks can just spam "word of healing", they wouldn't die. I could kill off a few warriors but when i get down to like 2 wars and monk they just keep healing. I don't know tho, somebody with more experience with the fow run will have to try and see.

i'm only able to kill them in HM as a N/Mo. that's the only way SS will generate enough damage.

HM is required because the attack rate will be 33% faster.

I really have a bad time killing those monks. I cast SS on a Shadow Beast + IP on the monk self and i stay close so SS also hits the monk. Everyone dies EXCEPT for the monk, I really don't get it

are there shadow warriors near them? Shadow Warriors attack faster so make sure u cast SS on the Warrior and IP on the monk. It should work

Shadow Warriors are near the monk -> casted SS on them. After that I immediately casted IP on the monk. Then the usual prot- and healing prayers. Then after that I casted SS on another Shadow Warrior + IP on monk again.

First off thanks for the build. But on the FOW build I am having the same problem. It takes for ever for them to go down and sometime the monk never goes down. I hit the W with SS and the monk with IP and still nothing. I am also spamming SS and then hitting IP when it recharges on the monk and still they don't go down real quick. Any ideas?

Hm..that's really strange because HM should do the trick..I think I've to try it myself you also put SS on two different warriors?

I keep getting down to 2 a monk and a warrior and they won't go down. They have but more often then not they don't are not dropping. Also for the first couple to drop it takes about 5 minutes.

It is because of the WoH nerf, the monk can now heal itself.

the w/meis possible with +10 ac vs piercing on shield , +7 ac vs physical on weapon, -2dmg insignia and sup absorp.

I use my monk in FOW and UW so if anybody has a build for a monk that you can solo FOW that would be awesome.

Imo my build still works great, just skip the monks or make sure you've got some patience. The other way you can choose is to take Sacrafice Health ( is this the right name? ) anyway it's the necro scrill which makes you only gain 2/3 of the healing. Cast this and SS on a warrior and he should die soon

Their nightmare weapon does a LOT on hard mode, and Ive tried spamming the enchants right after it. I think half of it is luck with insidious hitting during the "spike". I usually die once i meet one though. All i can really take on are the rangers and warriors >_>. I am ashamed of myself lol.

Yeah it does about 62 or 68 damage in HM, and if I have to spam HB or PS every time they hit me I run out of energy waaaaay fast o____o

I tried the titan farming with N/Mo and those water born titans are realy annoying, certainly when there are 2 of them in a group ...
