Epic Trail and Spells?

I was wondering if it was possible to unlock spells from factions and prophicies if you only owned NightFall. With Nightfall came a free trial for both Prophicies and Factions; is it possible to use faction points and money from my nightfall charachter to unlock the spells within the 15 day trail period of factions and prophicies seeing how I'm going to unlock the skills onto and already exsisting user, also if I were to use a "signet Of Capture" while using my Nightfall Charachter on factions or proph and were to capture an elite skill from either game should'nt it stay mine since it was captured?

Sure, you can unlock skills from Prophecies/Factions, but you can only use them as long as the trial key is active or when you add Prophecies/Factions key to your account.

So even if i cap the skill with a "signet of capture" while using my exsisting Nightfall charachter it will be locked when the trail ends ?

Yes. I believe that you can keep things like armour and pets. Unsure about heroes?

I hate how I can't get the spells i want without buying the other games, but i guess it's a good way to get you to purchase the other two and soon third.

The whole point is it being a trial, not a free game. They wouldn't just give you a major portion of the game for free.
