Here's my idea for skills. Though I don't really advocate it I just like to show off whenever I can :P

Necromancer:
Reanimation- 25 energy 6 cast 8 recharge
(Spell) ressurect target dead ally with half your health and energy. If that ally is ressurected below 25% health, this skill recharges 200...100% slower. (Death Magic)

Ranger:
Essence Winds- 10 energy 3 cast 60 recharge
(Nature Ritual) create a nature ritual at your location for 5...30 seconds. Every 40...30 seconds this spirit is alive, ressurect 1 ally within it's range with 15...65% health and 5...20% energy. If this spirit dies prematurely, this skill is disabled for 120 seconds.(Wilderness Survival)

Mesmer:
Illusion of Return- 15 energy 6 recharge 30 recharge
(Enchantment spell) ressurect target dead ally for 5...45 seconds with full health and energy. If that ally is above 50% health when this enchantment ends, that ally remains ressurected but loses 5...15 energy. (Illusion Magic)

Dervish:
Holy Return- 5 energy 4 cast 24 recharge
(Spell) restore target dead ally to life with half health and energy. If that ally has more then 10...340 health, you lose 10...5 energy and this spell takes an additional 20 seconds to recharge. (Mysticism)

And too many other classes with rez would be ridiculous. Overall I'm completely opposed to having each class have it's own recharge (just repeating what I said earlier I, like plenty of other teens, like to show off). And just for good measure, *forkforkforkkrofkrofkrof*

Holy fudge nuggets this is getting a lot of attention.

I dont think all classes need a hard-rez, then there would be no point in using a rez sig which keeps PvP matches at a bearable minimum (usually) of recursion. I already hate it when I've killed that !@#$ing monk for the third time that keeps coming back, but it'd just SUCK to know that every other member of the party will be able to bring him back all over again.

we have three proff with hard rez, use it as your 2nd and move one. One why would a ranger rez? death is part of nature. Two why would an assassin? It seems to defeat the purpose of being an assassin. Monks and rits, and MAYBE paragons but i still dont agree with that one.

and for the fork comment /Signed!!!

Hm... no as I said, resurrect skills must bbe logical:
- Monks are all about healing others. With divine favor, even the Smitting skills that target allies heal them. That's why they get 8 resurrections.
- Ritualists do not neal so much, but they still can heal a good plenty. They get 4 resurrections.
- Paragons are more about support and defense, but can heal a neat ammount too. They get 1 resurrection.

What's the missing profession that also heals others?

Dervish.
Dervish have 4 healing skills that can target allies (one even target other ally)
They are the only remaining one that could have one of those.

And it could be like this:

Revivifying Canalization
E:10 C:5 R:30
Spell. If you have at least one enchantment on you, you lose all enchantments, touched target ally resurrects with 25% Health and 0 Energy and target ally gains the Health and Energy you would gain by losing all your enchantments from you current rank on Mysticism instead of you. (Mysticism)

So, basically, target ally is resurrected with the Health and Energy you would gain by losing all your enchantments(+25% Health) instead of you gaining them.

Is it REALLY that hard to switch to Monk, Rit, or Necro secondary and tote a hard rez? o.0

There's also a craftable item that can rez, I believe.

It's a good idea but... not signed on this one, IMHO it's sorta designed incorrectly.
