Why can i not dye my bone staff

I cant use any dye on either of my 2 bone staffs
but i can on my evil eye staff

but on the guildwiki site it shows examples of coloured bone staffs

how do i do it, so my nice PvE chars can have coloured bone staffs

???

Where did you get them? I got a collectors bone staff not long ago and I can dye it...

i cratfed one from cavalon
and collected one from Zin Ku Corriodor

neither let me dye

Yep, I've been able to dye the collectors also but not a gold one

I'm using the 20/20 one from outside Elona Reach on a hero and it's still dyable.
