Got ANOTHER Siege Turtle!!!

I can't believe this! I have had 4 characters get their one year birthday present and I have THREE SIEGE TURTLES!!!! (The other one is a jade armor.)

Yet another reason to hate minipets.

This is so unfair. I know the flamers will be quick to call these "free gifts" and to tell me "don't complain".

But it's just one more thing that (for me) makes the Guild Wars experience less special as time goes on.

I agree that it would be nice if the random generator didn't give us repeats... But it is a free gift. We're not flaming, just basing our responses on logic and reason.

You wouldn't be moaning if you got all bone dragons or w/e would you? no, I didn't think so. You are pissed because you didn't get any of the more expensive ones to sell.

50% of my first year minis were Siege Turtles, and I still have 1 more coming in about a week. >.> Turtles aren't nearly the worst possible pet to get.

I would indeed complain if they were all bone dragons (what is w/e?). But at least I'd have something valuable to sell. My point is that of all the possible minipets, it's not fair that three out of four are the same. If you think that's fair, then that's your opinion. This is mine. The game would be more fun for me if I didn't get the same thing three out of four times.

Yep.. All I've gotten are Jade Armors.

I think they should of made it so you cant get 2 of the same miniature in a row on an account or something like that or maby highten(or double?) the chance of getting a mini one colour higher for a different characters 1st or 2nd birthday.

I think the "random" number generators in GW's coding are broken. Ended up having four Fiery Gladius' drop in a row during Kodonur Crossroads while playing on my Rit.

They were all blue.
None of them had a suffix mod.
Three of them had the same damage range (13-20), but different gold values.

Weird. Something seems wrong.

all mine have been temple guardians...they remind me of a dog I once had that I had to put down myself because I couldn't afford the vet's fee...thanks for rubbing salt in THAT wound you insensitive poops...c'mon I want something else....waaaaaaaaah! O.K. The part about the dog is true, but I don't really care what I get....just kinda nice to open the inventory and see a gift there. I would prefer to have something I didn't get before, but I'll just be tickled either way....look...a present....ooooooooh, aaaaaaaaah!

Please stop complaining... i know its not cool to get the same pet over and over.. But its just chance!! Some pets are more common so its naturall to get douplicates!

As a child i always got the same Flippo's and Soccer cards! Just deal with it!

i had to wait until 2nd year bday gifts started coming out to get my 1st year gift and by then my friend had given me a gift, a siege turtle. i got 2 bday gifts from GW, 2 seige turtles. i happily traded them to guildmates for a necrid horseman and a hydra. i didnt care what i got cause the unwrapping was fun and i still got something kewl out of it anyway =D go go minipets!!

I hope that I could get a Mini Dijnn!

other ones were troll, turtle, fungal wallow (crap, although I like the turtle)

I've got lucky with mini pets i guess, 100K from my first jade armour, kept my 2 fungle wallow things, 300k from Mini water djinn, keeping my thorn wolf atm.

400k for nothing isnt bad.
