WY! - Change would basically make this almost worthless in comparison to the new defense PVE-Skills. 20ar party vs. 100ar party w/o you.
BHA - Make the arrow move normally if duration is cut. Unblockable would be nice, but that'd be overpowered ;D.
AR - Doable, paragons could switch to flail w/o a huge hastle imo.
SF - Longer burn makes up for loss in direct damage imo, but would be heavily whined about.
Other than those I rarely see any of the other skills used extensively in PvE. PvE could use a lot more adjustments than a few skill nerfs, namely..
-7 Heroes, this would go a long way for team-build diversity
- More "normal-level" PvE skills to avoid PvP abuse
- or buff unused skills
- More acessable end-game content like UW/FoW/ToPK/SF
- Less Gimmicky end-game content like DoA, spell immunity land.
Case in point, PvE has bigger issues than skill nerfs imo. This is a PvP-oriented skill change, with little-no consideration for PvE.

Which is exactly the problem with it...

The game is called Guild Wars for a reason....

^the guild wars is part of the pve history too. that argument is stupid.
Anyway, even if im a pver, i think pvp is the priority. pve is easy enough to handle skill changes.

This update has little-no effect on PvE, only a couple of skills do anything at all. Also, you already got a bunch of way over-powered PvE only skills, so don't complain. Basically, if this update goes into effect, you get a minor inconvenience at most in exchange for us finally getting a viable game back.

I remember back when people said fear me is trash and anet never buffed it or changed it.
lolz.
THe community is not always right. To be honest their are very few skills that truly need a buff.

There's been many other examples, such as stuff like black lotus strike being just mediocre back in factions, but immediately became insanely powerful with the addition of shadow prison.

Fear me gained its use back with assassins when factions first came out, but people still said it sucked.
Black lotus strike was ALWAYS an awesome skill. When factions first came out siphon speed + black lotus + *insert powerfull chain * + moebius strike was a very good build, one which I was surprised to see few others do, even though it was a 4 hit combo that recharged itself and almost always killed your taget. ( It still is )

( It still is ) If you're talking about locusts fury fear me sins then you're wrong. Those were squishy targets that did very little damage and relied on hitting. Compare that to warrior armor, huge +damage and condition spreading, and the ability to spam fear me while blind, under a million hexes, and through Aegis.
And Black Lotus was one of those okay skills before nightfall. Like, it was decent, but the hexes all were hard enough to use that shock/falling was generally better. The coming of black spider was what really threw it over the edge, SP just helped.
