Shiro Weapons..RQ 13?? 13??

I really think shiros blades are for assassins. I mean come on....he's the main boss of factions. But i really dont see anyone besides assassins using daggers, even if they are they're really not vampiric. My dagger mastery is never below 15, i like it that high because of the double strikes, then critical strikes at 13, yay energy!. I really dont see any problem at REQ(where did Q come from?) 13 dagger mastery, i liked it fine when it was at 15

Well of course Shiros blades are for assassins.. and Shiros sword is for warriors.. but if a d/a, m/a, p/a, n/a, w/a, rt/a, e/a, or a r/a want to use them they should be able to. They can use any other set of daggers in the game so why not these ones? Scythes are for dervs, yet any character of /d can use them.. if the req was dropped to 12,11,10, or 9, nothing would stop u from still running them at 13 and yes u would be much more effective at using them than the other classes. The only logical explanation for not lowering the req on these weapons is greed. Who ever wouldnt want the req lowered doesnt want it lowered simply because they are cool looking weapons and u covet the fact that only your class can use them.

If role playing comes into it, then they failed. Shiro's Blades/Sword are IDENTICAL to other green weapons except for the requirement. Why would someone choose a req 13 over a req 9 when all other stats are the same? Looks.
Personally, I think for role play purposes, Shiro's Blades/Sword need a change in their stats. Make people WANT to use them for more than the look. Since I can get Chkkr's Pincers with a req 9, I'll use them over Shiro's Blades anyday. Even if I am running 16 Dagger Mastery, I'd use the req 9 set.
So, since they have a higher requirement, they should be better. Why 'need' more attribute points for a weapon that is the same as another? So here is my suggestion for the change:
Shiro's Blades
7-17 Slashing Damage (require 13 Dagger Mastery)
+15% damage
3/1 Vampiric
+30 health
Shiro's Sword
15-22 Slashing Damage (require 13 Swordsmanship)
+15% damage
3/1 Vampiric
+30 health
Yep, I suggest unconditional damage mod. Its not unbalanced, as you need to be a primary class to meet the weapon requirement, and it doesn't do more damage than a 15^50 weapon (as long as the person has +50% health).
Require 13 is dumb. Make it worthwhile to use them.
