Alright, but then also make critical hits only apply to daggers, Strenght only apply to swords/hammers/axes, Mystisicm only apply to dervish enchants, Soulreaping only to dying minions, Energy Storage only works when you have a full bar of ele skills, Divine favor only to monk skills, Leadership only to Paragon chants

Well all I can say is, make secondary skills gain half the benefit of Expertise might be quit a nice fix.

If you don't like the other ranger builds, R/N, R/A, R/W etc., then don't play them. Ranger by itself is more effective anyway, and if people want to play as a toucher or a thumper, who are you to try and shut down their fun? How dare you.

Regardless how easy these builds are to beat, they're boring to play against over and over.
And besides, degenerate builds should be degenerated.

You make it sound as if a pug would *ever* play balanced.
Really if you want more variety, what HA needs is a few more easy-to-beat gimmicks to become viable. Once you kill rangers then the next boring gimmick will step up. At least at this point they aren't remotely challenging like SS wars could be.
