People who think Wiki sucks and refuse to use Wiki builds because they think their shitty homemade build is better than an Excellent rated Wiki build that has been tested by many players and works perfectly.

Again: Instant party wipes have NO PLACE on normal mode! Especially at the end of easy but two hour long dungeons.

Guildies who keep spamming "can someone run/power level/give me" until someone takes pity on them.
Guildies who ask you for a PC - and when given it continue with the next 35 items.
Guildies who ask "where do I get this quest" and when told to look it up on Wiki answers "it's easier to ask" as if that's a valid argument.
Guru user who whisper me ingame to whine and abuse me because I banned them for a violation in Ventari's.

When you invite someone to your guild, they stay for 2 seconds then leave.

People who start pinging their health, energy and all weapon sets in the beginning of an AB >.<
and of course when one person does it another 6-7 people will do it as well. Team chat is mostly off in AB for me...

Quite right about Team Chat but Local Chat in AB is just on another level of hilarity!

Something that's really begun to annoy me of late is people who call a "quest" a "mission".

-Dwarven ale costing 200 gold. I mean, most mmos allow even the poorest of souls to have a party.

-plz, ftw, u, wiv, saying "i lol'd", and political arguments.

-When you are trying to sell something small and dumb in LA and somehow, you get a message from a guy in DoA asking "can i c it?"... Oh and add "c" to the above list

-People who correct my commas. While some people use the tripple ditto dots to show a pause in their speaking, I use freaking commas! Whats wrong with that, is it really that painful to see a comma?

-Eve's ingame model. It just doesnt do justice to her high rez render

-People selling items ingame giving a B/o and C/o. How the hell can you have a current offer? You either sell it, or you don't.

-Window Shoppers

-People who honestly think warriors with monk skills are good tanks

-People who call Tyrian items Oldschool. OMFG.

I know it's being judgemental of the way other players do things, but I'm getting pretty damn sick of people who set foot in the marketplace for the first time and immediately start crying for a run to Kaineng. And it's not like it's a couple of players -- it seems like everyone fresh off the boat from Shing Jea does this.

I understand the popularity of mission runs, Sanctum Cay, Droks, etc. But I'll never get that one.

I call them parasites.

People in a guild/alliance that think all others are only there to bring them through this or that. And do not have the will or whatever to organize something themselves but have others form the team, make a strategy and drag them through.

Yeah I hate that one too. The variants are all as bad. E.g. oldsql, oldskool.

I also dislike people who hate inscriptions with a passion. Inscriptions just make it so as that you can get a perfect weapon without remortgaging your house.

-as said above, people who wont buy/sell/trade items from tyria. "ZOMFG NUBCAKE TAHTS FROM TEERYA ZOMG HAX I CAN FARM ONE IN 1.3 SECONDS ROFFFFFFLLLLLLLEE" most skins that i like come from tyria. yeah, theyre old, but they have the EXACT same stats as items from friggin Nf and EoTN, and better skins.

-relating to above, people who wont buy greens. oh-my-gosh, its the exact skin and mods you want but its GREEN call the police.

-friends/guildies who have decided that its their place to bug you at EVERY possible moment for a run through a mission/money/items etc. i helped you once, now let me play MY character in peace and not have to babysit yours. learn to play, please. not that im against helping people, its just the people that want help every 3 seconds that irritate me.

-reading through the "pathetic scam attempts thread" and i noticed how many of the scammers failed to grasp the concept of the english language. its a keyboard, not a whack-a-mole.

-Ascalon city local chat. nuff said. "ZOMG WHER U GET TAHT ARMIR? CAN I HAS 50 GULD PLZ FUR STORGEA ROFFFLE"

-Guild members that join, ask people for handouts, then leave once people get irritated at them for baisically stealing from them.

-spam. i recently was mapping, and completely randomly, in alliance chat, some person from my guild began spamming "LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL" (continued to full chat bar) constantly. it makes the guild that ive put so much effort into look like a looney-bin for socially retarted 12 year old chimps. but i did get to kick him, which is always fun. i enjoy officer-ship :P

-those obsessive-compulsive ecto farmers who actually have enough to buy a friggin panda. i wants it dammit, why must they make it so friggin EXPENSIVE?!

-as said before, the only minipets/items/materials that i ever seem to need going up in price RIGHT before i need them. "ok, ive finally got enough to buy my mini charr! WHA...? 20K?! it was 10 yesterday -.-"

-You turn on the chat filter, you look like a pansy. you turn off the chat filter, and daily, you learn 4 new places someone can put an article of their person into your mother. /sigh

I know exactly what you mean. Nothing against the players, but then there are the people who say they're charging for a run to Kaineng Center. It's easy to get there, just stay to the north, watch your aggro (only monsters are the Afflicted close to the entrance) and you're there.

Shards of Orr is easier to get through if you don't take the dungeon quest outside it...

still nasty, though, those undead eles are cheap as hell...

Also, Cyndr. How he one-shots you with a (incredibly cheap) skill that says it does 80 damage, I don't know.

That too. Especially since inscriptions finally made caster weapon drops usable (no more dual-profession/attribute weapons!)...

It would do 80 damage if he was a normal foe, but he's a end dungeon boss so it's quadrupled (4x) or something

Plus he's, what, level28? Something high like that, and level differences affect damage as well.

19. People that insist a Gold Weapon is better than a Green Weapon, even though it has the same stats.

21. When Player 2 calls Player 1 a noob because "you died before me" even though Player 1 mesmer with 4 people on him, and Player 2 is a w/mo with no one attacking him.

22. Pre Searing female ele's that dance naked say "Can I hav sum goldz plz?"

Which reminds me...

1. Immature asswipes who quit over the smallest, dumbest things.
2. People who report everyone and everything for the most minor things, then feel the need to tell everyone about it "REPORTED!".
3. Carebears.

People who leave during one of those two-sided missions (Vizu Square or Unwaking Waters) so the npc dies and you fail.

I don't like how people say being bad is their "playstyle" and so it's ok for them to be in a team with flare and healing breeze in their bar.

The use of the word "noob", its most annoying word ever!

As a little extra, people on this forum who use the phrase "kkthxbai" or any variation of that.

- People who whisper you wanting to buy an item and insisting on buying it 1k below your price, even though you're selling it already at half-price >_>.

- People who really want to buy your item, realize they have no cash, tell you to contact them later... only to find out they've bought it from someone else.

i dont know why you people stereotype all young players, im 15 years old, AND Mexican, and often random guys tell me in group that i sound even more mature than a 20 year old, and that i have way better english than they do.

Not all the young people are morons, just the ones you've encountered ARE morons :P

Well America at the moment, is a little TOO diversity based i'd say. Sometimes like if im in a room or a class with someone who is say maybe black or something, I feel like im in trouble for being white. Not by him, but by the law or the authorities.

Personaly if I weren't white, the only thing that would offend me is how paranoid people are about offending me.

HOWEVER! What is my point?

Here it is:

Where there are rules, there are rule breakers. And we're kind of in the era of diversity rules rather than diversity comfortability.

Kind of what is happening at the moment is:

1.Diversity acceptance is atleast half-new to parents and teachers
2.They over emphasize on the kids
3.The kids get tired and need to vent
4.They start insulting people
5.Some adults need to vent too because of pressure in college or work
6.Online is a "safe" easy way to do it
7.People are stupid enough to think of it as no-one being real

We're just being pushed too far.

Anyway thats my theory.

I find it no different than "your mom" jokes. Just treat them like they have a bad haircut, something sticking in their teeth, or food on their chin. They'll feel like idiots and regret resorting to their shallow humor.

Traders who always ask for "offers" even on simple items like a regular skillbook, and then if you're offer is not what they want then they cancel trade and don't respond to you, even when you are trying to change your offer.

I don't know why but it gets annoying when people start spamming in town "WTS green weapon! Req. 9 w/e!" Who wants to buy it if they don't know what it is? Wouldn't be that much harder to type out the name instead.

1) Elitists in any form of the game. Encounter 7 of these assfaces a day.
1a) think their build is the best, and constantly flame the other team if he loses or wins.
1b) think they are gods because they have fow armor. Happened today. I told him he wasn't a god but then he was like "BUT LOOK AT MY LEET ARMOR AND LEET WEPS LOLOL". No exaggeration, that's exactly what he said.
1c) People ranking others in RA. If the person that did this was sitting beside me, I'd rip his/her heart out. No1 gives a shit that your rank 300 in RA. It's a place to come and screw around and have a good time. Had a bad experience with this today..got ranked like 7 times.

2) Dumb traders. Everyone ever heard of haggling? I feel I am a good trader; I do not run on greed. When I sell items, I sell them for maybe 60-70% of their actual value. When I buy items, I offer 100-110% of the value. But, even though I'm more than generous, there's still the guys who offer half my discounted price, or ask another 50% on my already generous price. Also, the lack of haggling. From my trades 3/20 guys know how to bargain for a deal and compromise.

3) Insulting new players. I always will go out of my way to help an inexperienced player with pve/pvp. Of course, referring back to rule 1a). I will not help the guy if he already thinks he is the ruler of guild wars. If he/she simply say "I think my build can be improved, any suggestions?". I'll explain to them the proper dynamics and help them out. We were all noobs some times, so go easy on them.

When people use the word "noob" - it makes them sound pretty silly and petty. I especially hate it when I want to experiment with an odd build in unrated hero battles. I often even warn my opponent as the battle starts that I'm build testing. But invariably if I lose people say "gg noob" or if I win people say "I can't believe I lost to a noob". I just want to yell "it was a build test!" but I usually stay silent - best to starve trolls rather than feed them is my policy.

You sound 15 to me....

1) People who try to beat a game without actually knowing what is going on. Look at Prophecies and the infamous Drok run.

2) People who LFG for the mission Tihark Orchard.

3) People who think Necromancers who are not Minion Masters or don't use Spiteful Spirit are not worth having.

4) People who say GLF and don't accept you because you're not the right class they want. This happens more often on my Warrior and Mesmer than any other character.

5) People who try to get girlfriends or boyfriends on GW. Granted, if you meet someone on here and enjoy talking, I'm fine, but come on, reality does need some of your attention.

6) People who consider Normal Mode harder than Hard Mode.

7) People who call Tomes "tombs".

8) People who are Ritualists that want to buy Ranger bows. This one still eludes me.

9) My last one: Most guilds.

People who complain about your Ele build being "mindless" wile they get pwnzoratored by it. Actually, thats more amusing then it is irritating. Especially when the fight goes on for ten minutes and i don't get interrupted a single time.

Am Fah Marksman drops a Kukris.... what the....

then minutes later, Am Fah Assassin drops a Longbow....

that's pretty annoying i think.

but that's is slightly better then foes that do not drop anything.

* Guilds composed of a leader and officers and some members that MUST blindly serve the officers, or face a kick.

* Level 1..13 people in Vizunah Square. That mission needs an 'Sunspear Battle'/Travel to the North-like effect seriously.

* People that pretend other to make the missions and quests for them, and do not listen when you give them info or tips:
- You: "You should bring skill X", "try not to aggro", "it' easier if you..."
- Guy: "u meik mah mizzion awr naught?".

* gg, plz, and most acronyms. Specially while playing with people in different languages. What the hell is HGBC?

* People that invite other people, and kick them if they do not have ready the build they want. It's so hard to give a template and ask: "Can you equip this, please?"

*People that try to scam others and insult anyone that reveal their lies, saying things like 'Mind your won business'. Mate, if you try to hoax a newbie, IT'S my business, since I was a newbie too.

*People that add 'no noob prices' in the Party serach panel trade list.
Ok, a price you don't accept is not a dumb price. Maybe for you an inscribed jitte costs 100+75e, but others won't pay more than 50k for that.

*No inscriptions traders, no inscribed drops worldwide.

18. People who aren't happy with all the huge improvements Anet has made over the years and still complain about storage capacity, despite it actually quad-dupling in the last 2 years.
19. People who don't let you use heroes and blame heroes for the entire downfall of society!

-People that never leave Pre-Searing. So you have your title? Come out to post and show us that you exist! Theres a whole game out here, and if you can spend months of non-stop charr leveling. You'll do really well out here.

-The fact that Arena.Net hasnt added any new emotes other than dances since the release. Emotes add personality to the game, there really is no reason to not make them.

-The fact that Arena.Net still hasnt fixed the animation freezing on waterfalls and stormbows. I swear I reported it 6 times! I even pointed out that you can see a frozen animation waterfall in the Kurzick area in the Factions trailer!

- Q Q DOES NOT LOOK LIKE SOMEONE CRYING! IT LOOKS LIKE A CRAB! Crabs are about 80x cooler than someone with too much eye shadow! Please do not drain the awesomness of the crab!

-There are about 2 dervishes in the whole game who dont have "reaper" or "derv" in their name. Where is the creativity?

-Being an assasin doesnt make you a ninja.

-Being a mesmer or ranger doesnt make you a pirate. And you dont have to hate assassins for being ninjas.. BECAUSE THEY ARENT!

-People who still use the all channel for selling.

-Monks.... Out of the 1,452,425 them who play, about 534 of em wont quit or AFK the first time somebody dies.

-Domain of Anguish... ooof...

-PuGs... Trust me, I was around before heroes, and the PuGs werent any better back then.

-Nudity... Its non existant in the game... Thank God! But, holy crap people... You aren't naked when you are in your underwear. Stop pretending like you're naked! You're no better than a buncha kids at a middle school sleepover party who play truth or dare and end up in their boxers and make a big stink about it. YOU ARENT NAKED TILL ITS ALL OFF! GLASSES AND BRACES INCLUDED!

If you really want to say you're naked in the game, find a way to hack the server. (If you do, you might want to live in bomb shelter, because I got a few bombs ready to drop apon the appearance of a nude mod. First i'll kill the mod maker, then everyone who downloaded it. Then i'll threaten to bomb Arena.Net if they dont change the code up a lil to prevent such mod.)

-WoW fanboys on the loose! If you have the money or hacking skills to get an account and sit around yelling "GW SUX! WOW ROCKS!" Why not save up for a Koenigsegg CCX or steal one, that way you can atleast LOOK cool.

I understand that my opinion is atleast 90% different than the average player in GW. You don't have to agree with me and I wont dislike you for it. If you do agree with me, any tips on how to deal with these people/situations please tell.

Darkwasp you complain so much. Oh and for the pre-searing one I disagree. Pre searing is the most amazing part of the game.
