Also, you can use pre-searing to build up you character as well. A bunch of skills for a character's secondary profession can be earned. This can save quite a bit of gold post-searing for those willing to do the quests.

You shouldn't deprive other players of something new that comes along because you've decided you wouldn't go back and use the new method. It's just a title, and if someone wants to devote time to gaining it 1 xp at a time I don't see anything wrong with that.
Anyway, you're already being told that you have to start over if you want to have both titles, as the current system doesn't allow a single character to earn both.
