Frequent disconnects since the scheduled serving maintenance

BC Canada- Ever since the last network fix up thing on Friday I think it was I have been getting error7 and disconnecting every 10-15mins. I know it isnt my internet connection.....my ping on Gw and Vent has been around 40-60
yeah_hi
I ran a -diag but didn't have a san jose route or any full packet loss.
Dunno if it has any bearing on things, but I did several tracerts that all pooped out at the same point. Googling 'plaync' and that nodename (limelight networks) threw up a buttload of complaints about disconnects going back to 2006. Red herring or not?

I sent in a ticket to PlayNC. I'm in central New York State and have a FioS connection.
Even though I've gotten disconnected from GW, I am still able with this connection, to talk on teamspeak or leave an instant messenger open at the same time I was playing. I have visited many other websites that I usually go to, so that's not the problem. I've tried rebooting my computer, and disconnecting and reconnecting my modem before I even sent in the request for help. The following is PlayNC's response. Somehow I think they think it's my fault. But all this never happened BEFORE the server maintenance was done.
I see another thread with a legendary survivor title lost because of a disconnect. Now, I want to know what's happening without being told that it's my connection!
Well, maybe this info will help someone else. So, here you go. This is what they said...
Usually connection issues such as this are caused by the way your network is set up. If you use a router to share a single Internet connection, try disconnecting the device and connecting your PC directly to your modem. To reestablish your Internet connection, you will need to reset the modem by unplugging the power from it for 30 seconds and in addition rebooting your computer. Confirm your Internet connection is working properly by visiting a few websites. If this setup resolves the connectivity issue with the game client, then the router may need to be configured properly or require a firmware update. Assistance for both of these tasks can be found at the device manufacturer’s support website. If you are still experiencing this issue while directly connected to your modem, make sure any firewalls are configured to allow the game client and/or patcher to connect. If you still have connectivity issues after trying these steps then please let us know.

Yeah, a standard automated reply. If you were to reply to that one your next reply would most likely tell you to run -diag. And the next reply would tell you to run pingplotter. I've been through that gauntlet numerous times.
Still having issues here, btw. I hope this is resolved soon. I'd like to be able to play my survivor character again...without worrying about being disconnected while I'm in the middle of a mob. :/

Yeah, that's the thing. I ran -diag an sent them a copy of it. But thanks. I'm sorry the rest of you are going through this, too, but it's nice to know I'm not alone. Somehow that makes the frustration level a little more tolerable.

From Chile here...
Lots of error 013 and 040, can't actually reconnect most of the times, and when i do, i can't map out (on Pre-Ascalon and Team Battles several people where talking about the same behavior... at least before i tried to walk out getting an err040)
