Raven Blessing 10 __ 120
Ursan Blessing 10 __ 60
Volfen Blessing 10 __ 60
As these are PvE only Title Track Skills, I don't think Heroes will be able to use them, as they technically don't "unlock" on your account (if they work like the Sunspear skills). Only the character actually getting the skill will have access to it.
That's not to say these won't be overpowered or unbalanced. As we see from the Kurzick/Luxon skills and Sunspear PvE only skills, Anet is no longer concerned with "balance" in PvE.
EXAMPLE: The Asuran skill screenshot shows Asuran Scan 5 en 2 ct 5 rc Hex Spell
For 12 seconds, your attacks against this foe deal an additional 75% damage. (italic numbers variable)
(which is fine by me, BTW. As long as these skills are attainable through "casual" play like Sunspear, and not like the dreaded Kurzick/Luxon Title grindfest.)
My thoughts are that the Raven, Ursan, and Volfen Blessings are the Norn Transform Skills. I get this idea from an image of a Raven in one of the shots http://flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=1047945257&size=l
There are also videos of players summoning Djinn, Ice Imps and Mursaat so I'm pretty sure the Summon spells are legit as well.

Threatening them in Finnish I guess. Oh well, bad joke.
Summonings have only 60s recharge so does anyone know how long they last?

Summonings have only 60s recharge so does anyone know how long they last? No, the only spell with any details is Asuran Scan.
Also, keep in mind, this is not by any means final. Obviously, this could all change before release.
It's fun to speculate though... Maybe the summoned creatures last until they are killed (and you can only have one at a time).
Another interesting note: Why does Raven Blessing have such a long recharge? (120 seconds)

The skills have been listed on the official wiki since before mmognation posted the images on flickr I believe.
Check 'em out: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Categ...e_North_skills
I had the impression that the "birdie" pic was of a mini pet, but since he did say he was transforming it makes sense. Goes along with Ursan = bear and Volfen = wolf.
EDIT: Okay, maybe the blessings aren't the actual Norn form skills. Saw "Totem of Man, Totem of the Bear, Totem of the Wolf, etc." in another thread where someone hacked the gw.dat file.

So, in other words, you can't use them in PvP and Heros won't have access to them.
But you certainly will!

"I am the strongest!" 5 __ 20
"I am unstoppable!" 10 __ 30
"You are all Weaklings!" 10 __ 12
"You move like a Dwarf!" 10 __ 10 I'm guessing that these are shouts because of the quotes. From the sound of the skills I'll make some speculations.
NOTE the information below is ALL SPECULATION! NOT FACTUAL IN ANY WAY!
"Dodge This!" 4A __ __ Shout: Next ranged attack skill flies at 3x normal speed and does "x" amount of damage to moving foes? At first I thought it might be something that would be unblockable but there is Anthem of Guidance already.
"Finnish Him!" 10 __ 30 Shout: Affects all party members in earshot Your next attack skill results in Deep wound plus "x" amount of damage? Sounds almost overpowered but so are most PvE skills. A party wide Eviscerate perhaps?
"I am the strongest!" 5 __ 20 Shout: You gain "x" amount of health and are healed for "x" amount of health as well? My personal guess is a combination of Endure pain and self healing at the same time?
"I am unstoppable!" 10 __ 30 Shout: Personal affect you gain "x" pips of regeneration and are healed for "x" amount of damage for 30 seconds? This might be a PvE only version of a Whammo's best friend?
"You are all Weaklings!" 10 __ 12 Shout: All enemies within earshot suffer from Weakness for "x" duration? There will already be a shout that will cause weakness that is a PvX skill. This particular skill sounds like a Warrior version of Anthem of Weariness but no attack skill required.
"You move like a Dwarf!" 10 __ 10 Shout: All enemies in the area are crippled for "x" duration? Seriously I expect this shout to affect the enemies movement in some fashion.
Since this is the end of GW1 I expect ANET to let us have some real power within the game.

I agree. Summoning Mursaat, Transforming to a Bear, +75% dam. to an opp... these are going to be awesome skills.
The only downside is that the other skills in the game will be weak compared to these. I can foresee characters having an Elite, than nothing but PvE only skills filling up their bar. And we have no clue what the Dwarf (Deldrimor Title Track) skills will be, or the Ebon Guard.... 50 PvE only skills at all, and this is just 24 of them! logan90

I can foresee characters having an Elite, than nothing but PvE only skills filling up their bar. I strongly disagree. I believe that many of the skills will sync better with some classes than others. For example the Summon skills are better for a Ritualist to cast than an Ele. Shouts would be better for Paragons than Hex spells. I think you will see about 5-10 PvE skills that seem to sync better overall with specific classes with an elite and at least 2-3 normal skills to supplement a specific build. Some PvE skills will be fully situational like Ebon Battle Standard of Courage. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Ebon_...ard_of_Courage Overall I can't imagine dissing my normal skill options. Instead I can see using my normal skill to make a particular PvE skill stronger and more usable. For example: Save Yourselves + Aggressive Refrain + Focused Anger = + 100 armor on all your teammates but you 80%-100% of the time in combat. Yes Save Yourselves is a great PvE only skill but only because of the Paragon skills I use to supplement its effectiveness. Absinth187

Alkar’s Concoction There are a total of 14 Dwarf skills. Some of those skills I know for sure (factual sources, interviews, etc) will be Dwarf skills so lets separate what we know for sure from other speculation.
1 Breath of the Great Dwarf
2 Alkar’s Concoction
3 Alkar’s Alchemical Acid
4 Drunken Master (BTW I happen to know this skill only works when drunk.)
5 Great Dwarf Armor
6 Great Dwarf Weapon

8 Black Powder Mine
9 Light of Deldrimor

11?
12?
13?
14?
Lets see if the community can sort these out from what we know so far.
BTW some skill Names have been changed or will be changed so we might find some name Discrepancies. Just be aware of that.

OK, so we have 100 Profession linked skills and 50 PvE only skills.
If we can establish what skills are Deldrimor, whatever is left unclaimed has to be Ebon.
Here's my guesses based on GloryFox and Absinth187's list:
Deldrimor Title Track
1 Breath of the Great Dwarf
2 Alkar’s Concoction
3 Alkar’s Alchemical Acid
4 Drunken Master
5 Great Dwarf Armor
6 Great Dwarf Weapon
7 Dwarven Stability
8 Black Powder Mine
9 Light of Deldrimor
10 Stout-hearted?
11 By Urals' Hammer?
12 A Brawling Headbutt?
13 Nosyt's Bite?
14 Low Blow?
Ebon Vanguard Title Track
1. Ebon Battle Standard of Courage
2. Ebon Escape
3. Sneak Attack
4. Ebon Battle Standard of Honor
5. Ebon Battle Standard of Wisdom
6. Snow Storm?
7. Marked for Death?
8. Haunted Ground?
9. "Don't Trip!"?
Does anyone know any more skills, because we're still missing 3 Ebon.

Drunken Master transforms you into Jackie Chan, but 20 years later, all the bones in your body have been broken at least once. Oh, and you have to endure Chris Rock as your Hero for 3 movies. He randomly hexes you, and almost gets you killed all the time, but you JUST CAN'T GET RID OF HIM.
No wonder the Asura are so confident of their intellectual superiority.

Are you sure the boxing skills count as PvE only skills? I would think they would be more like the rollerbeetle skills and not really count.
GloryFox
Yes the Boxing skills are just for Boxing. However from what I understand you can find an elite Boxing skill that will help you in your boxing.

When he's talking about PvE only skills in that article, it sounds like he's talking about the 50 that we get. This quote leads me to believe we can use the brass knuckles and boxing skills anywhere in pve.

I am really looking forward to the Norn Morphing skills, but I cant help but wonder if it will affect each class differently. A monk turning into a wolf or a bear in the middle of combat could effectively become a warrior. He could just turn back when someone needs healing. Also, if the bear and wolf totems give your character +X HP and +X Dam, I really can't imaigne any profession, well warrior at least, leaving town without it.
Can't wait to turn into a werewolf and go munch on some charr. Mordakai

There could be a penalty (en loss, can't use certain skills, etc.) Or, it could just be + health... can't wait to find out! wetsparks
I can't believe no one noticed the Michael Jackson reference in the "Smooth Criminal" skill. And if you are to young to have heard any Michael Jackson songs at least you would have heard the Alien Ant Farm version of it, even though it is a few years old now the radio station here plays it regularly.
Midnight08
sigh... is it the 31st yet? =( I’m getting impatient. I need new faming areas (and skills, some of the pve ones might be great for my builds), Djinn are getting repetitive.
Oohhh!!! I wanna bring "Summon Ruby Djinn" to the hidden city with me! (Blessings must be the "form” skills.... compare the recharge to Dervish Forms)(Note the 60-120 recharge)... Hell they might even be classless forms without self disabling... And yes, I noticed the Michael Jackson reference, but I try to avoid acknowledging his existence nowadays Durin_Kane
Will be fun with signet of illusions.
doinchi
I too noticed the 1 minute recharge on the blessings. I think there aren't any other regular skills with 1 minute recharges? (Are there??)
And as for a penalty imposed for equipping a form skill, the simplest would probably be to make thr form skill an elite, much like dervish forms. And that would also prevent a dervish with Avatar of Balthazar and Volfen Blessing from becoming an armoured, holy damage dealing werewolf. Man I cannot wait to turn my warrior into a werewolf kenichiukiya
