I agree mesmer ftl in pve. But pvp assassins tend to be about 80-90% idiots who don't time there spike, they just attack the monk and pray it works XD

The assassin is not that bad of a class. I truthfully can only really play the assassin (with the exception of rangers).
you have to look at it tactically. look for people in the back lines, trying to hide. shadow step, then pull of a dagger combo, and get out of there.

Hah, if someone's still 'pro lol' enough to say that skill gap between Assassins is small- go to this whole Costume Brawl and play as AoD Nika/Anton.
Good sin will be all over the place, capping every single shrine and taking out targets (Steam on ele? Boo-freakin-hoo, Signet of Malice).
While bad A will get pwned by Shield Bash or Strip Ench

But in terms of "bad", no, in no way is the Assassin bad.

hahahah. I play an asssassin 90% of the time. I use this build: disrupting stab> exhausting assault> moebius strike> horns of the ox
That's three interrupts. If I time it just right, I can screw up those oh so perfect anti mellee builds the monks like to use.

Please close this thread, it's not so that assassin's do not take anymore bashing, its because people who have no idea about what their talking about, and criticize the class. This being due to there being so many "I am a tank, not a stealth machine" people out there trying to transform a class into something its NOT SUPPOSED TO BE!

I admit to being a really suck Sin. I blame it on getting through the starter area in Factions so easily. Honestly, I could let a duck walk across my keyboard and complete get to the mainland without issue.
