Well for me, I am going to give the honor of traveling the Northern Shiverpeaks, for the sneak peak weekend, along as playing the whole EotN game through when it comes out, first to my very first character. I have yet to get him his max armor just because I've been lazy and working with my other characters, so I will max him out, get him his max armor so he is ready to go when the game comes! What about you guys? Taking your first character or anything? This is the last chapter to Guild Wars until GW2 is it not? So I wanna get him going again like old times when I played Prophecies all the way through

I've been doing some renovations on my warrior who I will be taking though the game. Improved my sunspear and lb titles, and am working on my kurzick title as well. Also stocking up on some supplies (gold, materials etc.) which I will likely require (read: want) for the upcoming campaign.

Trying to complete more on my primary first character, need two maps vanquished to get the elonan title, then startign on the Canthan one, have a few done already but not enough.

I spent last week levelling a couple of re-rolled characters and took the opportunity to do all the Kournan Coin/Imperial Commendation quests, so I could stock up on Superior kits. I've also saved 200K from the Dragon festivals and treasure farming, so that I can splash out on lots of keys and maybe a new armour set.
I'm taking my first and only remaining Prophecies character - Jongo, my Ranger. Over the past couple of weeks, I've had him work on titles a bit - at least as far as drinking/eating everything I had collected in storage for the past couple of years! Between the preview and the launch, I think I'll probably go over some of those missions I skipped or left half done and maybe work on cartographer a bit.

Not going out of my way to do so, but I'm not selling materials to the trader either. Material costs have a tendency to go up as people discover new armours they want to acquire, so if there are any that I do want to get early on, I can avoid being part of the problem.
And if there aren't any new armours I want to get soon after release... well, in that case I can profiteer*cough*do my part in keeping the price reasonable.

i started some titles last week... actually began my skill capping title... now its finished 
and im nearly broke. doubt ill be getting new armors... maybe just get a set for some of my older characters who still have droks armor... other than that, im going to get some dust off my 55 monk and get some items/$

Getting all the necessary running skills for my war. Cant wait for some hardcore chest running. Other than that nothing really. Just have to wait till gwen is out until i can buy keys =(

I picked up my mesmer who had been in LA for ages and took this month to guide her thru the rest of prophecies (doing all the quests, missions, etc). Now my only character (out of 10) who still hasn't finished the campaign for its birth continent is the ranger (currently in maguuma jungle)

I'm putting money in the bank through FoW runs(sadly my Ranger isn't ready for UW solo farming yet) and a bit of 55 farming. Also...I'm opening treasures with all my toons. Not looking forward to opening the RoT treasures. I hate fighting huge mobs only to find that there's nothing there. I should be buying common crafting materials for a new armor set for my Ranger. I'm sure there's going to be some sort of diamond encrusted armor but I'm poor so I'll have to settle for some less glamorous armor.

Collecting Spirit Wood Planks because we all know you can never have enough.
Actually I will miss it all I am going to enjoy time with my newborn which is currently scheduled for a C-section on Friday. Great timing maybe she should be named Gwen hummmmmmm.

I haven't been doing too much that differently, though my fourth character is finally going through NF :P. I tend to spend too much time in one of the elite missions otherwise, though there's really no need to, since I have all of the greens except Victo's Bulwark (have Strongroot's Shelter instead).

I always thought Gwendolyn was a pretty name. So is Gwenavyre. (all that delightful Arthurian imagery)...speaking of which, I'll be missing out on most of the good times in game this weekend. Opening weekend of the renaissance festival and all. (crazy me...gotta put flesh space first). I'll at least get to whet my appetite Friday night. Not as if I could go crazy on new stuff anyway. Just got my first set of 15K and I'm skint.

In the trailers I saw a fire elemental boss in one of the dungeons and from here my cash went downhill.
What if the dungeons have different elemental foes in it? I better be prepared^^
*Bought new armor for my first char (ranger)((armor +30vs elemental dmg))
*Bought all different elemental insignia's
*Made 4 different elemental bows of warding
*Made a sundering Zehtuka's Shortbow Of Charrslaying(+25%)
*Bought 100 diamonds (when price was still low 2.3k)
*Made a sundering bow of Tenguslaying(+20%) (maybe for bonus mission "Tengu Wars"

*Have loads of alcohol(in game)
*Have some Bow upgrades in stock
*Took a long weekend off
*Arranged 2 dinners with her friends for my girlfriend(tried to persuade her to join me in battle, Answer: nah!

Eh I won't be doing much in the way of the preview: I work 12 hours on Friday, will be getting home at about 3am EST. Then I need to sleep for about 3 hours, and make my 3 hour trip to college (woo first year!) and go through all the orientation and whatnot. Perhaps... Saturday night or if there is any free-time Sunday. Hope everybody has more fun than me ^_^ [If anybody wants to hand over some 15k dervish materials, feel free haha]

To get ready...I've gotten a few titles, sold items belonging to characters I never intend on playing again and I'm actually going to try to take my time with this chapter like I did with Prophecies and not rush through it like I did with Factions and Nightfall.

Trying to drag a proper Ranger through Factions to L20 in time to send him North. Got to L17 last night and Vizunah Square, so I'm close. I'd like to get him to Prophecies too, though, so I can cap Barrage off Markis before EotN is released.
Also farming balth in RA with my knockdown warrior and interrupt Mesmer.
Getting tired of getting pwned by sins on the mesmer character though... might have to break out my anti-Melee mesmer template and get some revenge tonight
