The Norn and the Asura:
You will be able to enlist the aid of two new races:
The Norn
The Norn is a race of shape-shifting half-giants who dwell in the Far Shiverpeaks.
According to the May 2007 issue of PC Gamer the Norn will get a race-specific skill which allows them to transform into a half-bear form, increasing melee damage and Health.
It is not clear if this skill will be available to Norn NPCs in Eye of the North, playable Norn in Guild Wars 2 or both.
The Asura
The Asura are a subterranean race which originally dwelled in the Depths of Tyria, but were forced into the Tarnished Coast by the forces of the Great Destroyer.
They are diminutive, intelligent, ambitious and arrogant. They have a large subterranean empire, and are magically and technically adept.
It is know that the Asura are able to create golems to fight for them as a skill.

They are known to be inhabited by Deldrimor Dwarves and Asura. The Depths of Tyria were first hinted at by Moleneaux, and will be entered in act 1 of Guild Wars Eye of the North.
The Depths of Tyria include 18 subterranean "dungeons".

Please see the following thread to post and dicuss any new weapon and items skins found during the pre-view event:
Boost your reputation with the Norn by defeating battle-hungry opponents in gladiator style battles. You enter the tournament solo and fight four random NPCs before fighting the final boss.
Dwarven Boxing is a mini-game that will be introduced in Eye of the North. It will be connected somehow to the Deldrimor Dwarves. A Destroyer is among the opponents. Kilroy Stonekin is known to be involved in Dwarven Boxing, and the player apparently must assist him.
Talking to Kilroy Stonekin in Gunnar's Hold enables you to begin boxing. He gives you a set of Brass Knuckles, and a series of quests in which you fight various enemies from different lands. Near the end of these quests, you will be given Thunderfist's Brass Knuckles, a rare pair of inscripable daggers.
The Eye of the North is a tower in the Far Shiverpeaks, which shows visions and plays a significant role in the plot of
Guild Wars Eye of the North. The tower contains the Hall of Monuments.
