Hey,
as most of you know, farming has changed a lot since HM came out. The old list was great, but it isn't up to date. Because Witte stopped playing GW he asked someone else to create a new one (Just like he did for Hyro).

[V] = A link which contains a video
[F] = A farming build for Cantha (Factions campaign)
[NF] = A farming build for Nightfall (Nightfall campaign)
[EoTN] = A farming build for Eye of the North (Eye of the North campaign)
[HM] = Doable in HM
