Instead of 250 of an item, why not just make it require Rank 2 of the North title, and have paper related materials with a 5k or 10k purchase.
I'd also like to see Holiday masks perhaps one day be battle worthy, like giving them armor, etc.

Phenomenal idea. NOT a halloween mask since you can't actually wear those in GvG. Make it normal armor like the bandana, glasses, blindfold, etc.
Edit: to the guy above me, Prophecies is the only chapter with attractive characters. Factions are LOLugly and nightfall are mediocre at best.
