I've been playing since Dec 05 and I have 1300+ ID's on my main. You'd think some of it are salvage items. Everytime I get one I always pray for a superior vigor but I never get them

Same here... started a month after you did, no sup vifors have dropped for me EVER... but on the bright side when sup absorbtions dropped to worthlessness I got my 1st one ;p!

Random chance, about 2000 ID's on my main and about 10 or so Sup Vigors, shame they are only around 10 to 12k now. Just is luck of the draw if you ask me.

I have had around 20 or so. Quite a few came from Ettin Farming when drops rates got messed up 
I think I have had maybe 5 as drops not from Ettins. Quite a few in Shiverpeaks. All these drops were when they were worth 30k +

Ah, the Kryta ettins, how I miss them...
There was that one time glitch, when they'd drop nothing but gold runes.... Imagine getting an inventory full of gold runes...
Now we have all this loot scaling stuff.

I've had like.. 10? Over the course of 26 months.
Most of them were when they were 30-60k range, haven't had one in some months now though.

When we started playing, my wife had found 3 superior vigors in 2 month's time, while I hadn't gotten a single. I think we're caught up now, both at about 5 from all the different lands.
I just got one yesterday, in fact, as a drop from an Am Fah Assassin while doing Vizunah Square. It was ironic that this thread just started, so I had to post that

Between my brother and myself, we've received maybe 4-5 total in 2000+ hours of play time. It's all a matter of luck in high end areas methinks...

About a month ago I finally stumbled across a superior vigor in about 150 gold IDs...

I've been playing for nearly 2 years now and I've never received a sup vigor drop. I have a better chance at mysteriously regaining my virginity than getting a sup vigor drop.

Over two years here and still no sup vigor drop...oh well...not as if they are worth anything nowadays.

I've gotten 3 and Id'd about 800 golds or so. Out of gold runes that I got, its hard to say, i would say roughly 3% chance of getting one or 2.5% based on total gold runes ive recieved.

I think I've gotten 4 or 5 in my 26 months playing; 3 of them during a 10 day SF farming marathon.

Similar results. 2-4 in two years time, about 3,500 hours.
Though I admit I haven't done very much farming. Everytime I've ever tried to farm much, I do two or three runs and get too bored and exhausted of it to continue.

I've gotten none that i can remember.
But,despite my horrible sup vigor luck, I seem to have ridiculously good luck in getting black dyes in post ( i think like 7 ish) And only 1 or 2 in pre, which is the area i'd perfer for them to drop in lol.

Also, the best drop i've gotten in my life was an inscribable zodiac staff at end of the Deep, which sucks considering I do a lot of elite missions.
Thus, life isn't fair in guild wars, just like RL isn't fair, ah well
My friend on the other hand, has the most luck ever. Out of 5 coffer of whispers, he got an armbrace and a mini mallyx, i wanted to strangle him...

Been playing since Dec. '05 as well, though I don't have nearly as many gold ID's as the OP. I've never seen a sup. vig. either, for what it's worth.

Close to 16 months I think, I've had around 4 or 5. Best drops ever. For me anyway. I did get a Icy Blade Axe once, but nobody wanted it. Had to let it go for a very low price. Now that i need some though, not one in sight. Well, except the rune trader.

Had one drop from an ettin in kryta a month before factions came out. None since.

got about 2 sup vigs from...about june 05. Both were recently which i sold for 10-15k. Had to buy a few of those and 1 sup absorb when they were 50k and 100k (respectively). Sup Absorp 300 gp? <cries while thinking about the 99k>

Oh the memories of ettin farming. All my characters have sup vigors, and I've never had to buy one - I still have a few lying around. I could have sold them but I preferred using them myself. I didn't have a warrior at the time though, so I sold all the superior absorptions I got (which were fewer in number). They were 100k at the trader at the time. Those were good times.

lol Ive gotten way more than poor old Herb. in about 26ish months Ive found about 40+ sup vigors but ive only found one sup abs in that time lol. Half from ettins and the other half through Dreadnaughts Drift farming.

I think I've gotten 1, ever. I've been playing since December 2005.
Although, I still remember back when they used to be 50k+ at the trader. Then again, Superior Absorptions were also 50k+ back then (because they were actually useful vs all damage).
It was a random drop, if I remember correctly. I don't think I ever get worthwhile stuff when I farm.

I think i have had about 3 maybe? 4 maybe? somewhere along those lines. But also on the note from above, i too have good luck with black dyes. Especially the double dye drop weekend, i got 10! woot.
Sooooo if noone is really getting these things regularly...maybe they should buy em more Who knows maybe the price will go up!

I've been playing since release, and I've gotten 2, both within the last two months. My wife has gotten 3 over time, and she plays at least twice as much as me.
