Self explanatory: at the moment, all the charrslayer weapons supposedly have a non-removable charrslayer mod. While thematically okay, very few people are going to buy them (if they knew) which is a shame.

This has been suggested in various non-obvious places but as far as the search function tells me, hasn't been suggested formally here, but if it's been suggested already, please accept my apologies and /close the thread.

Seems I was very lucky
Long time back in Prophesies I was given a Charr slaying bow, hung onto it ever since.
Few months back decided to farm charr so stripped off the mod and built a new bow.

Its not perfect yet but am getting there

Fiery Jade Longbow of Charrslaying
Fire Damage 15-28 REQ 13
Damage +14% when in a stance, +20% "its customised to me", +20% Vs Charr

Maybe prophesies has more of them although I never found any

PvE-only mods should not use up PvP ipgraed slots. They should be separate.

Maybe they should work on figuring out why they do damage to anything that is not charr as if you didn't meet the req for the bow first.

Agreed with unienaule. These weapons don't even do max damage properly in non-char land areas. I'd fix that and make the weapons functional before worrying about the specifics of the stats.

Remeber the 'imfused' property in armor.
Its just like that.
There is no 'human slaying' weapons, and they have no use in PvP.
And having them work in PvP would be a mistake.

Preferably making them do normal damage on normal monsters and +20% on charr instead, I hate having a worthless weapon in storage thats just worth enough not to merchant.

It's pointless for swords anyways... at least for me.

I have a 15^50 charrslaying sword that has +25% dmg to charr (yes, 25, that's not a typo)

+25% were available for Sword, Hammer and Bow, it's nothing new, they are still available as some people still have them.
