A/E difficult to utilize? Maybe I skimmed through too many of the posts..
For being PvE and if Nightfall is available or unavailable (didn't see anything stating it through my skimming l337 skillz) I've been eye-balling a build using a Conjure Flame + Critical Agility + 1 fire spell (Inferno for the adjacent/fast cast) and possibly, if energy is low, the elite Way of the Assassin. Throw in your GPS, Twisting Fangs, and if you want knock down Mark of Instability to follow up with Falling Spider..
(break wall of text)
Conjure Flame
Fire Magic Spell of choice (Inferno preferably, or nothing)
Critical Agility
Mark of Instability
Golden Phoenix Strike
Twisting Fangs
Falling Spider
Blades of Steel
Off the top of my head, not much in terms of heals, so if you do without a Fire Magic spell you can go with Feign Neutrality. That's just some thing to work with PvE wise.
Need some assassin help

Btw I think GLS would still give energy back. After all vigourous spirit works even when you don't connect. I could be wrong haven't looked at GLS for a while.
i dont often run vig spirit and usually run a remove condition prot, but wierdly enough my sin still almost never is the first target(when i used to use shadow refuge aswell)

Its not difficult to utilize. We were talking bout the air magic skill shock. Normaly A/E isn't the best secondary for a sin. As the sin already does enough damage through his own skills. You can benefit more from a dervish secondary for healing, or the monk secondary. Warrior for some supportive shouts and IAS. Ele can be for conjures but they don't stack up to support and IAS or healing.
