Signet of Capture - Change the way it is flagged for PvE

With the last update, I have noticed 2 changes that are frustrating, both dealing with Signet of Capture.
1) You can only use 3 PvE only skills.
Signet of Capture is now considered a PvE only skill, so you cannot use 3 skills like Ether Nightmare, Cry of Pain, and Sunspear Rebirth Signet, and still take a Signet of Capture to acquire a new elite. Since no monsters use the PvE only skills, and the elites you capture with a Signet of Capture are NOT PvE only skills, remove the Signet of Capture from the PvE skill list.
This will allow for people to cap multiple skills, and take PvE only skills with them. Consider a zone like Perdition Rock. If I am capturing elites, I want to save time, and get all in one trip. Since there are 3 Monk elites in Perdition Rock, I would take 1 elite, and 3 Signets of Capture with me. This means I can no longer use any of my PvE only skills.
CHANGE THIS!
2) When you cap an elite, and change zones, one of them disappears.
It used to be the elite farthest to the left that stayed, and the one(s) to the right that disappeared. After this last update, the one on the farthest right stays.
This may be a small problem, and one that can be worked around, but I hate it. I place my skills from most used to least used - left to right. Having a Signet of Capture in slot 8 was what I would do for skill capping. Now, however, when I do this, that skill will stay, and my used elite will disappear.
People who are doing quests, and cap an elite in the first zone, then move to a second zone may be losing an elite they need. Even when just mapping back to a city, it causes delays that are not needed. Since my skill bar is all messed up, I now need to replace 2 skills - the elite I just capped, and the one I used that was removed. Was much easier and faster to just add one skill into the empty slot.
Please change this back to the way it was - elite on farthest left stays!

That update was so VERY useless... I'd say they revert it to the way it was. (or atleast increase the amount of skills you can carry with you)
If you look at the skills you get in EoTN, it is possible to take 3 PvE only skills, but it will be highly ineffective (to say the very least). You're better off taking your old non-PvE only skill set I guess...

I don't really go capping anymore, but hey, I'll get behind this one. Just flag it to not count towards the cap, so that it's still a skill that can only be used in PvE, but it's not a special PvE-only skill.

Worst case if we do this: Someone loads up on 3 PVE only skills, 5 cap sigs then goes and uses them all in one zone for an uber build of some sort. But I can't think of such a build, and even if one existed it could only be used once because you can't recap skills.

/sign im currently capping canthan elites and there places where i now have to go back to to cap a move that would only have taken an extra 5 mins to cap now its taking an additional 15-20 mins

I can't understand why they made this update in at all. Sure, cap sig is only being used in PvE. But when using it means you can't bring any special PvE skills, we have a problem.
I respect the whole 3 PvE skills to a bar idea. But Cap sig doesn't need to be limited by this.

At the moment, Signet of Capture is considered a PvE only skill. Anyone else think that it should be changed back into a normal skill.

It can, if you got someone new to PvP. They bring a cap sig thinking they will be unlocking a new skill off some random morsal, if that were to happen in say AB for example, 3 partys of 4 .. if 1 person per party brought a cap sig, 3 people on a 24 player map have useless and unuseable skills. It would be the same as a Bunny Thumper bringing a bow attack.

Its about the fact that you can now only use 3 PvE skills on a skill bar at any given time. Thus, using a SoC can gimp a build uneccesarily.

Signet of Capture is a skill for capping an Elite from the corpse of a Boss. As there are no bosses in PvP there is no need to take it, even if you could. Leave as is, imo.

Sig of cap is PvE only and always has been. There were "bugs" allowing PvE's cappin PVP skills once a upon a time, long since repaired..
