Question about the books

Hi, I'm a little confused about the Hero's Handbook and Master Dungeon Guides, maybe you can help. Both wikis leave a few things unsaid:

1. Does reaching rank 8 with one faction mean you can't turn in any more normal mode books with _any_ faction?

1a. Can you still turn in HM books? (assuming yes)

2. Say you're, like, 1 faction from rank 8. If you turn in a completed NM Master Dungeon Guide, does that only give you only faction up to the normal mode cap or the full amount?

If full amount, maxing the title could be made easier by doing something like this and minimizing hard mode work...

I used a NM book to bump up from 75k to 95k. You can still turn in NM books to any faction that's not r8. HM books can be turned in to anyone at any time.

unfortunatly even if u have 20 nm books ,when u reach rank 8 you cant give them in
