I got three where I got the "code is already in use" error, but 4th time was the charm.
I had opened a ticket with NCSoft on the error, but didn't really expect anything. I got the usual automated response, then another saying that they had referred my ticket to another department, then nothing. So, I just kept trying until I got one that worked.
EDIT-> If you get the message that you've already been sent a key, even when using a different e-mail address, just clear your browser cookies/cache and you'll be right as rain again.*
*Doing this will also mean you have to re-log in to sites like Guru that use cookies for log on info.

I am not to sure if it still works but I used my main Email and the code was in use, used my backup email and that code was in use as well PM if anyone has had more than 1 code not work. I will ask my friend to send in a email but im not to enthustaic that it will work ither.
I went ahead and made a new email just for this guess what gives me the mesg "Oops that did not go as planed please try again later" lol what is this all about anyone know????? worked fine for my first 2 emails its a shame that those codes did not work I just think im not ment to have this mini pet LOL.

Keep in mind that this thread (41 pages long) still hasn't even gotten 40,000 views yet (keep in mind several people have viewed this thread multiple times). My guess, 40000 is a lot of minis and there is a good chance a lot of GW players still don't even know about this mini yet.

I had trouble getting a code because my kids got one from my IP address, but I changed my IP address and got a code finally , then I was issued another from the email I sent them. If someone really needs a code, please PM me and I will give it to you, but if you already have a code, please let someone get it that really needs it....Thanks

My problems with the pet consisted mainly of the .pdf itself.

It appears that they have now begun to address the problems of people who had e-mailed them about the "already in use" issue. I have a new code in hand and I'm anxious to get home and put it to use. I'm confident that this one will work.
It's also a really nice magazine; had some time to browse through it a bit and I enjoyed the content.

Another thing to note, for people who both a Mac and a PC - near as I can tell at least, the version of Adobe on a Mac won't allow this information to get sent out from within it.
My laptop is a Mac, so I had to wait last night until I got home in order to send in the details and get a code on my PC.

I got a code this morning, after emailing them three times yesterday. Guess they just needed time to sort everything out. It works, and I'm very content now. lol
I highly suggest, that if you received a code that was already used, either send a new email to them, or reply to your original email, with your registration info and ask nicely for a new code.

There's a "pulse" graphic, with one of the low points being "New and Old players alike start at level 20." (p. 19) Reading the article, I think they wanted a level increase, but the way it sounds is you can create a level 20 character in GWEN!

Well, a common "complaint" by some places is that GW is based around the level 20 system. So that doesn't surprise me.
But yeah, the part about being able to start off at level 20 in GW:EN seems to be confusing PvE characters with PvP ones.

Would someone who has an extra code be willing to give it to me through a pm? I try and download the magazine and the file goes at a super slow speed (10KB/s). And I can't use the torrent version because I don't have it installed on my PC and hesitate to install it because I'm running on my university's internet connection.

I am having a problem with getting access code. I finally get the magazine to download, and i open it just fine. I scroll down to the part that says to enter name and email, so i do all of that. After a few oops messages, it says congratulations, check email for the code. So i check the email and i have no new mail. Anyone have a similar problem or know what i can do to get my mini?
