As far as we know, no it will not be on sale individually. At this point in time, the only confirmed way to get access is to spend the money before Oct 31.

(That's not to say it won't become available at a later date, but I, for one, am not taking the chance. Besides, I only have $10 more to spend anyway, so it seems silly NOT to buy one more character slot... you can never have too many characters, can you?)

I actually do have too many characters and I have 9 character slots. Now I only bother to play 1-3 characters tops.

Anyway, if there's a way to get this WITHOUT online shopping (insecure, easily flawed), then I'll jump at it. Even if it costs double.

Well, I guess at some point Anet could sell this as a bonus disc in the store. (Like the $2 "trial trilogy").

I better solution would be to offer a PlayNC Card that could be charged up and used for any NCSoft product online, like Guild Wars purchases....

Turai looks like he's about to use your face as a mop. If he doesn't pack Cyclone Axe and D-shot I'm going to be pissed. His D-shots are some of the best disruption in the game. (He always knows when you're gonna LoD in Halls)
