That is always the worst feeling, you have this amazing drop, you see that crazy q and then it is +19% while hexed mod and uninscribable, it is enough to make you want to just blow things up. Oh for inscriptions being all throughout the game.....

Hmmm, well, I suppose this is more of a result of a drop..
First time I've ever salvaged a gem off an item. So everyday, no big deal drop. Lovely result from it though (for me anyways :P)
