Yesterday I did the assassination quest enough to get 41 gifts (5 characters). I opened the gifts as I got them. Got a mini Salma and Livia on the 3rd character (actually consecutive gifts), and completed the set with a mini Evennia on my last character.
Today I did the shining blade bounty - 15 supplies = 1 gift - another Evennia.
I don't think the game owes me any more luck till GW2 comes out. It must be payback for all the times I killed Fendi for no BDS's

While running my Canthan ranger to Divinity Coast from Beetletun today, I had this drop from a Krytan Chest in NM:
I wasn't expecting anything fabulous obviously, but I nearly cried when I saw the stats and innate mod. Not that core skin fire staves are worth a ton, but it would've been nice had it been 20/20 and max.

That's a good point. :P It kinda feels like I've used up my oldschool mod mojo on non-max junk though.

I got an everlasting Cottontail tonic, although selling the damn thing is nigh on impossible. There's no market for it, I swear. I eventually traded it for an abominable tonic and 6 ectos, not sure if that was a good deal. Nobody seems to want everlasting tonics :/

So just got done with a DoA Glaive team (by the way, it's retarded) as the Signet of Spirits - after everybody left I decided to go around and scavenge the leftovers. Somebody left a Torment Gemstone at the chest, and I got two more farming all the Torment Claws that we skipped.

I just decided to solo good old tombs for fun, and maybe an ecto. Using the strategy with parking heroes out of compass range and only call them in for rezzing when i died.
Now I just wish this was in the old days where tombs greens were valuable. 8 greens dropped, and 2 ectos too

Was doing a run with a few guildies to LA, when a black dye dropped during Frost Gate. So far so good, right? Then when we got to the next outpost, the leader started mission suddenly. My bags were almost full so I sold everything in a hurry. EVERYTHING.
I'm not sure when I QQ'ed more. When it happened, or when a black dye dropped for a fellow guildie during said mission. ;_;

Sorry, I screwed up the screenshot (held down shift and hid all the GUI windows), but I was screwing around outside Deldrimor War Camp with my rit and the ranger boss dropped 2 greens simultaneously for me (Stinger and the recurve bow). Just thought it was kind of cool.
