Not really a drop. But I got a miniature bone dragon from my 1st year birthday present. I put it in my HoM now I have an extra point for my HoM calculator. Ow I got a chaos axe from some random dude in ascalon city as well.

Did the norn tourny on my survivor ranger and had one of danika's wallows drop me a snowman summoner. doesnt seem like much but its the first time i seen it drop a item of any kind.

I got the Mindsquall as a drop recently in EotN, only my second Green item (though apparently it's not as good as one of my Gold focus items). It's a chakram.

I got a max q9 Ironwing Flatbow in HM in The Deep that had absolutely no mods when I identified it.
No inherent, no bow grip, no string....nothing.
