As for what they give - this is all the official info there is (as far as I know)

As for what you need to get anything - they never give away the exact details before the event starts

You can always try and use Last Year's Collectors as a refrence for what to gather for this year. Keep in mind, they may change it anyway, so don't consider this official or anything.
