I've got a few pumpkin cookies but haven't used them yet, let me get this straight, they are like Wintergreen canes but:
-They remove 10% of DP instead of 15%
-Unlike Wintergreen CCs these can be used to get +morale as well
Is this correct?

Had 13 consecutive wins last night in the brawl, not bad for being forced into a PUG. I like the Costume Brawl, the Dervish skill set is pretty good IMO.

Yeah, the costume brawl is kewl, but it would be better if you could pick your own teams. I got grouped with some lower level players and we got pwned

I wonder if people can pull textures from halloween out of lions arch using texmod and make something like the pre searing in post searing ascalon TexMod file. I think it would be a hit

Yeah all NPCs and Collectors have now been added (all the same as last year and the year before). However the "Teller of Tales" is yet to make it ingame and nobody knows who the hell he/she is (while the site says "returning favourte" the previous Halloween Events never had the Teller of Tales)

IF we were required to collect a certain item for the Gift, Anet would have release that INFO Friday, since they didn't I am guessing it will be a free gift.

Pretty sure we get 1 hat in LA and another in Kamadan. No collector items required. Pretty sure that's how it worked last year.

BTW if you didn't know, the mad king is going to give out 2 gifts according to Gaile. I'm pretty sure she means 2 for elona and 2 for lions arch. similar to celestrial event wher eyou got mini pig aswell as the mask.

I wouldn't worry about the hat, it's always been a free gift that EVERYONE is supposed to be able to obtain. A few of the events have required you to collect a few items first, but in those cases we've always been told well in advance.
I just wonder how they're gonna work. Are they really going to keep making new hats every year? Are they going to use the 2005 hats again, for people who missed them to get a chance to get them?

After about 20 minutes of phase 1 and 2 the Mad King then moves onto the final phase of the games... a round of Simon Says! Anyone who played this game in real life knows how it works, if the King says "Mad King says Jump!” you have about three seconds to do it, or die.
But what was more funny was when he just said "Jump!” anyone doing the /emote would drop death... it was very funny to see so many people not getting it!
