they cannot be sold - and I don't think he is asking Anet to give it back - he just wants to know where it went lol.

(And yeah I have had a few things go missing before from storage, luckily nothing major. And I also have had the bad luck of speed deleting those /bonus items and almost deleting my Drago's Flatbow -_- That was a gift so if I had I would have cried.)

Now that I recall, a similar instanced happened with my black-dyed FoW helmet, took me about 20 mins to find it. Man, did I freak out...
