like i said...be able to unlock black and white dye in PVP..or give them to us...
also make us be able to combo color our dyes
maybe..
have like stacks of *pvp* dyes when we make our account
and they only work on pvp armor and cant be sold, traded, or put in bank...
that way we can mix and match armor colors i wanna try doing mixed colors alot or black or white... id be soooo happy

They have a chart. Also people should post a dye chart for armor if they can.

You know you can just make a collection of 1 or 2 of every dye and have fun with that. It's just kinda pointless to use pvp as armor testing.

What? WHAT?? Excuse me, mr. money bags! Not everyone can spend 70+k on a new armour set, plus dye! I would like to experiment on my pvp toons before i commit buying the armour for their pve counter parts!

Doesn't matter what colour armour is... example, today I just pwned myself and accidentally dyed a black bandana blue... stats changed? No. Of course I'll buy more black dye when I can scrape together the cash, but the bandana still has the same stats. So what does it matter how people look in PvP? It doesn't... they could wear rainbow dye if they want and it wouldn't bother me. (Actually I want some rainbow dye for my vabbian set, so I can wear it with tinted spectacles and gain a Grooviness bonus for my hippy combo.)

umm TY for signing i think... u kinda signed then ranted agaisnt it... idk what ur choice is... BUT

i didnt say dye is for stats... i mean Elemental blade is just as good as a short sword... but elemental blade cost a hell lot more! why? cause of the looks... why is grey dye 50g and black 7k? cause it looks cooler...

If I would want, I would buy black dyes for all my pvp chars (well, 3 of them). But what if I want to change, for example, from SH Nuker to WT Snarer? I wasted 5x7k, kthxbai.

I already did. And that's why you keep an extra slot for a test. I dyed my sins armor black, and I stick to a few builds. Notice how most PvP top 100 guilds or HB players have dyed black armor? Pvp isn't all about testing, and if you are testing, what do you care if your armor is black? Since you shouldn't even care about your character if you're testing.

Find a build and stick to it, or don't have black dye.

Yes, all armor dyed black is often useful to make an educated guess about the mental state and age of the opponent.

I actually do not care, but...

Wrong. It's expensive cause it's rare. Looks like crap.

Did you see the new holy grail? Eternal Blade. Sold for 400 ecto if I remember correctly. Does it look good? Well ofcourse some may say it does. But I bet majority will say it sux. Seriously its one of the worst lookin swords in game... but but it's raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaare.... omg so what? I don't get it.

I really don't see the harm it in since they already give us different choices for PvP armors as it is. Just expand the choices a bit, and you're done.

People. One you need to look at the armor on wiki and also I try to keep a set of dyes sitting around in my storage for putting on armor to see if I like the color. If that is what it means to be rich then I must be a Obsidian armor user. Why should pvp get rare looking armor? I have not heard a good reason for it. If you have time to play you have time to farm. If you want the armor you have to farm......This just sounds like people trying to make up for lazyness so that they can have neat looking armor.

Well than you must not want the item/items that much, dosent matter how much people hate farming if they want the item the 2 ways to get it are farm or play throught the game and spend no money. Its the same way in most MMO's you want the item/items you have to get the money.
the excuse Not everyone wants to farm only means you must not want it that bad.

and all you need is 10 mins a day in a good spot and you will have loads of money.

The way i see it, the pvp armor can only be dyed the same colors as pve starter armor.

I'll sign, under stipulation that pve starter armor get it too.

It would have to be a sufficiently high cost to unlock from a priest of balthazar, though. I'd suggest 12k faction, that means that you have to have 1 PvP title (not intensely hard to get) before you can do anything, which justifies the dyes prestige.
