i wish they would make a return offer for ur armor... incase it isnt as good as u thought...
maybe not PERMANENT becasuse people would just get one set of armr and switch over and over...
but i saw a armor set on wiki, bought it, and it wasnt as good as the wiki pic made it seem...
maybe if u have to return it in within 10-30 minutes or else you can't...
this also removes the problem of double crafting
***edit***
lots of u seem to NOT read a certain part.. soo ill say it again
"MAYBE IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT WITHIN 10-30 MINUTES OR ELSE YOU CANT*
PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!

As for refund. If you take your time crafting instead of trying to click as fast as possible, you won't have this problem.
Just check your inventory for the piece before attempting to craft the next.
if you think GW:EN armors are rip off .... then all armor since prophecies are rip off becasue they are all base on one single 3D frame for each profession. some of the npc are rip-offs too, and all the frog armies in EOTN are rip off, they just changed the name .... and the bird/man, garuda i think is the name of a bird/man and the horse/man (satyr)

I have a friend who was crafting obsidian armor, and due to a little net lag, crafted 2 chest pieces. OUCH.
When I saw the title, I thought the motivation to having refunds for armor was so you can craft multiple sets for HoM, instead of literally carrying 5 full suits around for each character.
I'd like to see some way to craft and uncraft sets so you can put up 5 sets in HoM without having to salvage old sets for mats.
so, /signed in that aspect

i think they should add a confirmation like the "requist qoute" at some merchants
happened to me i took all of my money and materials and went to buy an armor (i had a real headache making the money for it)
and i started buying suddenly i was out of money and materials when i opened my inventory there were 2 chest pieces
it seems my mouse was bugging and accepted one click as two
oh my god you have no idea how upset i was.......

/signed. I've done that before. It's irritating when crafting 15k. It doesn't even have to be if you're in a hurry, but if the game's laggy, sometimes you click, but your mouse hasnt' registered what armour piece you've clicked purchase on.
This is a great idea. Maybe reduce it to 2 mintues, rather than 10 though. It shouldn't take longer than that to realise a mistake, wherease 10 minutes could be exploited if you just don't like the way the armour looks.

When insignas didn't exist, I bought a piece of armor with Blighter's bonus in place of an energy bonus because I was lagging.
Or they could add a pop-up similar to the one you get when you want to sell your weapons/armor for high-cost items (something like "Are you sure you want to buy the Vabbian Vestments ?"), so people don't abuse of this feature.
