I usually loathe the hench monks because their hex removal is craptacular/non-existent. I really notice the difference when I got two hench monks along or 1 of my own heroes. There is a lot of degen in PvE and the occasional mean hex that can really screw you up. something like [wiki]diversion[/wiki] is rather common in PvE, and it can cause a great deal of trouble when it's not removed.
When I run hench monks only I always stick a hex remove on a caster hero, it works really well.
Is there any point to hex removal in PVE?

To remove a hex...
lol does what it says on the tin. People get hexes, removing them is wise

I personally reccomend you have hex removal in PVE areas such as Frostmaw's burrow. Wurm Bile is the ultimate pressure hex.
ayame ftw
The only thing i give donkuro is dwaynass kiss and hex eater signet for energy management. Dwynas heals so much u don’t even need to remove the hex
I don’t bring condition removal on my monks, just one extinguish on my elementalist

Outside of very specific cases, you don't need much hex removal in PvE. If you are being bombarded with trash hexes (the typical case), you can just heal through it, using LoD and other spells -- you wouldn't have enough removal to keep that many hexes off your party anyway. Complete shutdown hexes that you absolutely *must* remove are extremely rare in pve, and you can just rely on the two or so spot hex removal spells in your party for those.
