According to the official wiki, as post by Gaile, the release date for the BMP is Thursday, November 29th.

The Bonus Mission Pack will be released on November 29, 2007. No hour is set, at this point, and the studio is in the Pacific timezone, so it may be November 30 in some parts of the world. This promotion is non-transferable and is limited to one per account. The Bonus Pack will only be available to the exact account that fulfills this promotion in the in-game store or the exact account on which a qualifying Guild Wars product is activated that has been purchased in the PlayNC store. The Bonus Mission Pack is available only to those players who own at least one Guild Wars campaign.

Great. As late as possible in the month without it releasing on the weekend, so I suppose I am not surprised either. Something to look forward to though.

How can they not know the hour? Are they still working on it or is there something else happening that necessitates this sort of specificity?

Given that they are working on GW2 its a good chance they sub-contracted BMP out and have been awaiting delivery just like us

Probably some legal crap where you can't say they didn't tell you that you were only getting one and not 10,000 for all your friends or something.

my guess: some people may have spent enough money on their store to theoretically qualify for 2 keys... and even though they can only use one per account, they may have been hoping to be able to give the second key to somebody.

I'm making up the price (I forgot what the minimum was ) To get the Bonus Pack you have to spend $30 @ online store. I spend $60. I want 2 Keys, one for me and one for my friend.

then the whhaaaa whaaaaa it's not fair threads begin , so I'm guessing ANET is getting smarter and trying to avoid problems with people that feel they qualify for 2 keys or 3 because they spent so much money.

Fair question. We put a lot of thing into our "builds" beside the Bonus Mission Pack, and so it's hard to say if we'll open it at 3 PM or closer to 7 PM or a different hour altogether. That really depends on what else we have in there, such as a bug fix, a text amendment, etc.

Hope that makes sense.

And guys, the 29th is not the last day of the month. November has 30.

I didn't believe it when people said it, but I guess Anet decided to wait til the last possible day to release it (alright alright, second to last possible day). I was thinking it would come out this weekend.

Oh well, I bet I'll like it.
