I think the chest drops a few too many Firewater and Creme Brulee's, I know they are exceptional items for people after the Drunk and Sweetooth titles, but it seems they drop too often for my liking, A.net should slightly reduce the probability of those dropping considering how long it takes to earn the Balth to get a key. The probability of the other items seems reasonable enough.
