How do you come up with this stuff? When I'm in a battle I'm more worried about my enemys, then whats falling on there heads.

Fire Storm should really be air magic because 1. It falls from the sky 2. Air is needed for fire.

Now that you mention Obsidian, hehehe, Obsidien is an orb thing i think probably have to do with cooled lava, its not exactly fire, see, its igneous rock, and hence its under Earth magic, and the flame is cause by the obsidien orb flying at high speed probably hahahahah.....

Maybe it's just some naughty person who drenched a piece of Obsidian with oil, stabbed in into someone, and set them on fire?

I actually kinda agree with the OP (which is weird, cause I never agree with pumpkin...). "Earth" when used in GW does not refer to the planet they're on, but rather the rock and dirt that makes up their planet. "Ebon" is generally interchangeable with "Earth" in GW, BTW.

That said, Earth Magic is any kind of elemental magic that deals with dirt, rock, and minerals that are associated with what can be found in and on the planet of Tyria. Meteors could be included, as they are just giant rocks, regardless of where they come from.

Still, it doesn't really matter, and it's worked so far. No real need to change it now. Of course, there was also no real need to move Bloodsong from Communing to Channeling, either... so, yeah.

They are rocks, heated up by the friction while passing through the atmosphere, so they can be put in both!

I think it should go right on to my free skills slot....
