At the moment i kind of agree with Ork, with anet already doing a bad job at maintaining the game. But who knows maybe this wintersday event will blow my socks and ill think differently^^

Congratz to the people who got one, jealous myself

congrats to everyone that got a x-mas card, and if it is for those that help the GW community out like past years, thank you for keeping the game up and running.
I think it is amazing that Anet and the GW creators care enough about the player/fan base to do things like this. It is really just amazing, thank you again and have a good holiday.

The Charr on the front is great. I wouldn't mind that as my wallpaper for the holidays.

To those that got one, congrats. very cool, love the art, I'd frame it myself I think it's great of Anet.

To the whiners...c'mon. Have you ever worked at a large-ish company?? They often only send cards or gifts to some customers. Get over seeing everything someone else gets and you don't as a wrongful slight rather than seeing the positive. Otherwise, I can basically promise you an unhappy, bitter lonely life

Wow, to the people who even *care* about not getting an E-Card from A-Net; Cry me a river.. seriously. ''God, I'm so pissed off that I didn't get an E-Card from A-Net! Even though I'd probably go ''Whatever'' and forget about it 10 minutes later.''

And Ork, A-Net can use their money as they like, they didn't *have* to do this at all, and who said it even costed money, if so, much at all O.o.

neway i got a card myself 537/1300 but to my knowledge i've done nothing to help the gw community really so i have no idea about how they chose.

Oh, it's not just community effort -- although certainly we appreciate that. It could be exceptional achievement, amazing gameplay skills, helping other players, or even the nice way you've dyed your armour. The Tadpole Network was instrumental in our building our mailing list, so the why and the wherefore is secret.

The card artwork will be posted on the GW site as a wallpaper within a few weeks. They did exactly the same thing with the artwork from the card last year.

People will always whine about something. best to just ignore them when its not a legitimate complaint
