Oh and you can't remove the inke because last year the signatures smeared a bit (some even on the back of the card on top) so this year I bought those Sharpie pens that dry into a permanent ink and look all tidy.

Well, I have r5 koabd, I did participate in the beta testing for hero battles, but others who have gotten cards didn't have either of those things. Maybe we all got unfairly banned from this forum while offering constructive criticism which Anet took to heart and appreciated?

CCard ordering required a billing address, but it wouldnt be too hard for them to get that information. All thats cool. I dont mind the mystery of the mailing addresses.... the mystery of "what the 1300 have in common" has me puzzled. My KoaBD is only rank 4, but somehow I'm thinking it wouldnt be as obvious a parameter. Judging from the glee Gaile has taken in our comments... we are likely hitting all around the target but not dead on.

i have one too, i got 25 maxed titles. I also am #1 rollerbeetle racer, so that might have also made me on the list. Mine says 187/1300. I think it was definitly the online store that they used to get our adresses, cause i was not here for the beta. But still they could not have sent them to everyon that used the online store

We had a surprise when we had another one turn up in the post today! One for my husband, number 29/1300. I'm pretty sure he would have gotten his for his 30 max titles.. but still doesn't explain mine.

I maintain there is not one criteria - there are many people who fall into different buckets. As I said, I have not been here from the start, I have no maxed titles, but I have a pretty good idea what put me on the list (probably being a super fan winner for Nightfall release and our subsequent thanks and general habits of doing nice things for people when we can). In my case, it has nothing to do with how long I've played or how l33t I am.
(translation: I think mine is just my GW nerdness)
