It's not an opinion. I'd say it's a fact, of the end game greens, it's the most popular among the masses. I don't have one myself.
As for my personal favorite, it's either Forgotten Sword for it's skin, or the skin of the daggers shared by all of Droknar's [below post]. Ungues Ungues Ungues!

Although I first thought it had to be the Exalted Aegis - I then realized there is a end-game green I adore and use more!

LOVE the skin.
My para uses it all the time, and now he lend it to my necro (yeah I KNOW it's far from being an optimal caster weapon BUT it looks pretty and SR gives me more then enough energy to burn!)
Exalted Aegis, Forgotten Shield and the ugly Factions wands/offhands also saw some action in the course of my play.
I absolutely hate the snake staff though. My ritu got it and I NEVER use it!

Most popular is definetly the Exalted Aegis.

One more vote for Ungues of the Forgotten. The Ironwing Flatbow is pretty good, too.

Since the endgame bows universally suck (though I do have an Ironwing Longbow, since I love the skin but hate flatbows), I have to go with the Exalted Aegis and the Wayward Wand in close second. Nothing else stands out.
