Whats your favorite mission and why?
I would have to say Eternal Grove is my favorite when I have a good party.

Isair the Gray
Gate of Madness. After doing it around 400 times It's grown on me.
-Loki-
Vizunah Square as a monk. You're always healing someone.
Chik N Nuggets
minister chos estate and the great northern wall... lol
i also liked thunderhead keep and nahpai qurter alot

Zeek Aran
Vizunah Square, normal mode, with four MMs. As a warrior, I primarily... do nothing. At all. It's fun to TRY to get enough adr. to gash someone. That's more of a challenge than anything.

I am seriously not the biggest mission-dude!
I can without much trouble give you about 20 missions per chapter I hated!
So to choose that one special mission - is pretty darn hard.
I've really grown to love Vizunah with a bunch of MMs. The problem is that lately Togo and Menhi seem to be going mental there - getting stuck, just wandering around, and by the looks of it - they seem to go warrior secondary - because it just makes it impossible for anyone to take that much damage without Frenzy!
So it's either Vizy if the NPCs leave their stupid genes at home or Thirsty River.
I love the speed of that mission!
Very fun!

Kusandaa
Vizunah Square as a MM. Never running outta bodies FTW.
Along with Imperial Sanctum as a SV necro. Because having 2 rows of 115 across your screen in about 1-2 seconds is awesome.

Thorondor Port
The first time I ever did Gates of Kryta....hitting the beach
Snograt
Ice Caves of Sorrow. I still insist on watching the Dolyak stampede cutscene all the way through - I love it!
Beeb beeb
I always liked Boreas Seabed
Squishy ftw
Jennur's horde and gate of pain.
Jennur's horde because I just love to slaughter all those margonites. I see this one as an easy smash face mission.
Gate of pain just because I like those meteor shower throwing fools a lot

Magikarp
Minister Cho's and Doppleganger. I like Boreas a lot too.
I Is Special
Vizunah Square; the nonstop carnage is quite enjoyable.
Tyla
i like...all with the epic battles
Draginvry
Vizunah Square is fun because it is so chaotic, but the Mhenlo gamebreaking glitch makes it an annoying mission to play if you actually want to reach the end, particularly if your allies are morons.
I really like Gates of Kryta because the area is fun, and that farming spot is kinda cool.

Cebe
Vizunah Square. Possibly tied in the top place with Thunderhead Keep.
Edge Martinez
I like that mission in Nightfalls, where you go to the party alone. It's the one time I'm not pissed I have to drag around 4 henchmen instead of my heroes.
bungusmaximus
Tahnakai temple by a long shot. Most massive slaughterfest ever when it comes to missions, except for vizunah, which comes in second.
EPO Bot
I like Aspenwood because it's a small taste of GW2. At least i hope.
-Use crazy builds without getting kicked.
-Skill doesn't matter, but it helps anyway.
-Fight one vs one when you see someone getting separated.
-Lots of NPC's to distract the enemy.
-No matter what you fight, it always helps.
-It's just one giant clusterf*ck.
I luv it.

Gyala Hatchery is good if you do it properly with a decent team.
My favourite is probably Hells' Precipice, first time i did it 2 years ago i was in a team with 3 brits, a German and some Spaniards and we had to resort to calling and drawing on the mini-map (amazingly, no one drew a penis) to communicate.
Despite the language barrier we breezed through the mission, especially the bit with the portal-thingys.

pumpkin pie
Gyala Hatchery! only because of the turtles and their hatchlings.
Steboy93
Hell's Precipice is always fun, i also enjoy the massive slaughterfest factions missions like vizinuh square and tahnaki temple
Pirates Arrrg Matey
Abbadon's Mouth for sieging the fort of the Mursaat, Thirsty River, for you need to kill fast to win, Eternal Grove, Tihark Orchard, etc.
Volitar
I really enjoy Gate of Madness. Fun mission with a fun battle at the end. I also really enjoy Abaddon's Mouth since you have to break into a Mursaat fort.
Earth
Vizunah Square. Yes, call me crazy, but the fights there are just so big and awesome, that's just my idea of the perfect mission.
Catrion-Leyt
Great Northern Wall. It's a great memory of my first mission, so I suppose it's my favorite.
Qwertyfied
Gate of Madness, i'm also fond of Tahnakai Temple.
Estic
Another vote for Vizunah.
Lots of fights and none too hard.
I'm curious what people like about Minister Cho's Estate. I'm usually just twidling my thumbs at a closed gate while Togo is explaining game basics.

Il Fez Il
Thunderhead Keep by a mile.
Chicken Ftw
THK, just because it was the first real choke point for bad teams in GW. "Zomg this is teh hards"... Sucking less is key. Oh, and 'cause you could afk there on a monk just to be mean to all the 7/8s lfmonk, or charge 5k to monk for such an easy mission.

All siege missions:
Prop: THK
Factions: Eternal Grove
NF: Jennurs Horde

Nyktos
Thirsty River, followed closely by Vizunah Square.

I'm sure no one else is gonna say it... I really like Divinity Coast. It's easy*, the Eye is cool, I like knocking everyone over, and there's always a few people trying to get the bonus. I'm helpful like that, so it's good times for all.
Vizunah Square can be fun as long as people don't insist on watching the end cutscene. I'm not gonna deny anyone their plot, and it IS important to see if you're following the storyline, but after a few times sitting through it, I usually grab a book if it looks like someone's not skipping. :P
Eternal Grove's fun with a good group, and I like whichever NF mission requires you to free centaurs. That one with MM is lots of fun.
*only if the Tengu and Ettins don't rape the third and fifth Chosen before I can get to them! ;_;

Riverside Providence w/bonus. Always fun killing everything and still being warned about avoiding the patrols. If only he knew I killed them already haha.
The Frost Gate ranks up there too. Lighting the beacons sure seemed LoTR but oh well.

I've been on a Tahnakai kick recently, probably done it 70+ times the last week, mostly solo, couple times with PUGs, several times I've taken just 1 person who needs it - only missed masters once, so far.
zwei2stein
THK ... its the only mission which i will always pug (both for fun of it, bad build screenshots and actually helping people to beat it.)
HawkofStorms
Basically all of the RoF missions.
sph0nz
Vizunah Square is pretty fun with the idea of two parties helping each other, as well as the other missions with two parties involved. Also, Tihark Orchard is a fun solo mission
