Favorite Antagonist(s) of GW and his/her quality(ies) and problem

Palawa Joko is a genius evil undead mastermind. He is able to learn from his mistakes, unlike Blofeld. His concept art looks so much better than he does ingame, unfortunately.

He has a history of kicking butt, "The Scourage of Vabbi". He always knew the Ossa clan is full of fail, and he was right.

Diverting the river Elon in GW2 and corrupting and hunting the Sunspears makes him at least as cool as a Sith Lord.


Palawa Joko also knows a lot about skill balancing and promised to fix the monk profession and smiting prayers in particular for GW2. According to Joko, Ray of Judgement will be given special treatment.

I'd LIKE to say Duncan the Black:
--he's enslaving the dredge (again, those spineless critters), and humans and more
--he can conjure serious spirits
--he can open a serious spirit rift on your azz
--it was once kind of epic to get to him.

BUT....
--his first name is Duncan, fer chrissakes.
--can be killed by one lil necro spamming one signet

So, I go with....


The level 5 Raging Bull in pre-searing, when you get the mesmer quest.
--He's RED!
--he's an angry bull!
--you can kill him for XP!

Yea he's kinda like a good mooded villain, and my guesses are that partying with him would be very nice

He is by far the most dangerous foe one could encaounter..even though we didnt directly fight him...we actual;ly helped him to amek his army again

I mean really..He is undead....

Makes an army of undead
Destroys Elona
Hunts Us Sunspears
Kils us and makes us his soldiers

As stated above he is worthy of an Ultimate title of Sith lord..if not somethign greater...He is like dark Hinhlus from KoToR 2.. feeds on his enemies and gets stronger from them.

I doubt he can't be killed period, there's probably just some specific way you need to do it to make it "stick". You know, like a vampire or a werewolf.

Favorite antagonist: Arkantos The Mighty. Brave, strong, mighty warrior.

Favorite villain: Undead Lich. He was the only villain I liked in Guild Wars. Very well thought out.

Evil, yet comedic, mastermind. He looks baddass too!

After playing the games in this order Factions - > Nightfall - > Proph.

Lich wins handsdown. he was the only one that wasn't the obvious evil dude from the start, I was so angry when I found out he was evil, he had such a cool accent and summoned minions that could cast nasty lightning spells, boy wish my necro could do that.

The brood. Killed a survivor after FIVE FRICKIN MINUTES!

I instantly remade the character and shes close to GWAMM now but...

...that little cave still scares me.

Avarr the Fallen.

Favorite: Tagachi, Shiro.

Pros: Has a pretty decent background story, Actually killed my entire team in 1 hit (Vizunah Square cutscene 2), has awesome appearance and weapons, has a rather grim personality, has cool skills (Echoing Banishment is ftw!!).

Cons: Seems to have been rather easy to lure into darkness, got killed by a single assassin because he didn't watch his back, Impossible Odds and Meditation of the Reaper is annoying.

Second most favorite: Khilbrohn, aka the Lich.

Pros: Has cool skills (That teleport thingy), cool looks, a mastermind strategist and the fact that he's been playing with me until I came to Hell's Precipice gives him my deepest respect, Aura of the Lich is a cool skill too lol.

Cons: His accent is seriously lame, the fact that you have to kill him 3 times on the stone (wtf is this, super mario land?), the fact that he misread the flameseeker prophecies and didn't foresee his own demise XD

Least favorite: Great Destroyer.

Pros: Has cool skills, great lore and awesome minions.

Cons: His self protection skill is silly and annoying, he has the lamest appearance!! (wtf a spider turtle snake volcano combo?)

I'm gona have to go with the Iron Forgeman. I only fought him ages after SF was introduced. Was soooo amazed when I saw him.
Saw T:salvation yesterday, had to think of him. If only he were mobile :O

Shiro is your typical Shakespearean tragic hero. You can't help but feel a little sympathy for the guy
(or thats what it seems like, although at times, the cheesy B-grade plot line, cinematic techniques and voice acting really makes you wonder).

In the Lich's defense, didn't the in-game lore establish that Glint kept the end of the FSP to herself, specifically SO the flameseeker wouldn't know that he was going to get wtfpwned?

I like the Lich because he tricked us for so long as Vizier Khilbron. I kind of knew that the Vizier was off, but when the entire thing was revealed, that was pretty impressive to me.

I'm throwing in another vote for Palawa Joko. The guy is amusing.

I dunno. Since the lich and the vizier speak with the exact same voice it's kind of easy to put two and two together.

How could you not, he's a vizier. Viziers are never up to anything good, it's like some sort of rule or something...
